Bennett that's true we need alot of things like some malls movies theater recreation places especially in Portsmouth area need does things and most of all the water front of Portsmouth facing cabrits area that's a place that needs a good marina because that place attract alot of tourist man that place having yachts like bees that time of the year its amazing to see that place and you have that Indian river which tourist must visit that would be the icing on the cake if does things full fill that would just be a good investment no regrets
