Meditation to me is, praying without talking. One reason people meditate, is to calm down the chaotic noise, inside and out. I believe in a higher self. It’s the greatest version of you, in order to reach the highest level of spiritual consciousness, you must find a place of peacefulness, internal and external.🧘🏿‍♀️🧘🏿🧘🏿‍♂️🧎🏿‍♀️‍➡️🧎🏿‍♂️‍➡️🌞🌚✨🌏.
