You’ll be fine with dental surgery and upper denture. The intermediate denture they place in will help keep extraction teeth areas protected during healing process. You will be sore and it’ll feel weird to have that denture in for a few weeks until you get used to it. I didn’t think I’d ever get used to it but I did and you will too! ❤
I really like the pink top on you! Pretty! The white one is nice too. I like the red one with the necklace!! Definitely wear with the necklace. The multi color one is not my favorite, it's too busy.
Diane I was a surgical assistant for a periodontist for 20 years .I've seen this many times go get it done right away it's only gonna get worse get them all out hon.youll be leaving with a temp you'll be fine and you'll be so happy when its done
My daughter had this done. Ask for some anxiety meds. She had to as her BP was high and wouldn’t do first time. She was sore but all has worked out for the best!! Someone may have to accompany you. It is outrageous the prices. ❤
Diane I’ve had my first top denture since I was 13. My mother didn’t believe in oral care, her answer was pull the teeth out. You won’t have any pain, don’t worry. A few year ago I had to have the rest of my bottom teeth out due to gum loss. I decided to get the “All On Four “ implants done. I love it!!! I would love to have that done on top but it is so expensive. I honestly didn’t experience pain. I am just so darn happy to have beautiful teeth that don’t cause me pain. You will be okay 😘😘😘
I am glad for you no pain I hope she doesn't have any pain either. One time I went to the dentist I should have sued they were checking my nerve to a tooth and they sprayed stuff on it come to find out the are only suppose to put that stuff on a qtip right in that area, I didn't want to get a root canal and he was probably trying to force it, the pain I experienced from that was unreal more excruciating than anything I ever experienced I couldn't believe there was pain like that, it seemed like more than I could bare and wished to die in that min. Don't ever let them spray that stuff anyone! You have been blessed all my windows are on the side 3 of them at least they don't show too much. Don't know how that will work some clip on thing. I never got that root canal especially after that. What a creep I should have reported him, he wanted the money I just wanted it pulled.
Diane, I wish I would of been able to have extractions and a denture done the same day, instead, because my bite is so strong, my dentist said I would of cracked them in no time. Because I had had bone loss on one side, I first had to get bone implants, extractions, the metal implants and 4 years later and $17,000, I’m finally done! If the dentist says you need them extracted, please listen to him and have it done, it’ll only get worse in time if you don’t and you’ll only suffer more. You’re going to stay looking as beautiful as you are now so don’t worry. As for the pain, your doctor will prescribe something to help and tell you to stay on a soft diet for a few days. Love ya!❤
Hi Diane! First of all let introduce myself! My name is Kim and I live in central Missouri! I’m soon to be 65 years old. I have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren who I love more than life itself! They are my heart! ♥️ I am disabled and crippled due to chronic rheumatoid arthritis! I was diagnosed with it in 2010 and have gone down hill ever since. I use to walk with just my cane but the past year or so I have to use my walker because of losing my balance! Lord knows I certainly don’t need to be falling! Anyway, enough about that! By no means am I looking for a pity party! I apologize if it sounds that way! I have been following you on your TH-cam channel for about 8 months or so and from the very first time I watched you I was hooked! I so much enjoy watching all your videos! I think my most favorite ones are where you take us on shopping trips with you and seeing all the things you buy because of my disability I can’t get out and go like I use to and I have always loved to shop. SHOPPING use to be my middle name! LOL!! I actually need a wheelchair so I can go more places and look around! My sons, daughter-in-law, and my grandkids wouldn’t mind pushing me around through all the stores! You just wouldn’t believe all the stores that don’t provide wheelchairs! It becomes very aggravating at times! I just recently changed doctors so before long I’m going to see if they will write me a prescription to get a wheelchair since I just found out my insurance will pay for one! That would be so awesome! Look out stores, here I come! Anyway I just love you and your beautiful family! You are the best grandmother ever and I can tell just how much your granddaughters mean to you! You are very protective and you always go the extra mile for them making sure they are loved and never go without anything! God bless you for being the wonderful person that you are! They are very blessed to have you as well as you are very blessed to have them! My youngest son has 2 boys ages 18 and 20 and my oldest son has a daughter who is soon to be 18! They all 3 are great kids and I wouldn’t trade them for the world! My sons are wonderful fathers! I raised my sons by myself from the time they were born until they flew the coop! Never one time did they get in trouble with the law, never did drugs or even smoked a cigarette! They drink alcohol very seldom. As for myself, I smoke cigarettes. I been smoking since I was around 26. It’s such a horrible habit and my sons are always wanting me to quit but that goes without saying because it’s very hard to do! Both my parents were smokers! Especially my mother! She passed away 24 years ago at the age of 63 from lung cancer! Sometimes when I watch your videos I think you are to hard on yourself because you are such a very caring and lovely person! You shouldn’t worry about what other people think of you! I realize being on social media you probably get some backlash from the haters and it’s only because they are miserable and that gives them a reason to be mean! I would hate to wake up everyday of my life just to try and make people feel bad about themselves! That is so inhumane! Now about getting dentures! I got my dentures, (top and bottom) about 3 years ago! My dentist pulled half of mine and a week later he pulled the other half! I know a lot of people get theirs pulled all in the same day and have their dentures put in the same exact day! I refused to do that because it would have been way too much in a day! Once I had all my teeth pulled I went and had my dentures made about a month later because I wanted to be completely healed up! I can’t tell you not to be afraid because I don’t know of anyone who likes to have their teeth pulled but I can tell you that it’s really not bad at all! You will just be a little sore afterward but it soon goes away! Just do as the dentist tells you and you will be just fine! I got my whole set of dentures at Aspen Dental here in Missouri for $1,300 and that was without insurance! My dentures look great and you can’t even tell they aren’t real! They did an excellent job! I’m sure since it was 3 years ago that the price probably went up like everything else but I bet it’s nothing like the $5000 they quoted you down in Texas! A lot of us are in the same boat, it’s outrageous how much it costs! However, if teeth aren’t hurting, my dentist says keep them, so he’s giving me a partial. He said they can add teeth to it in the future, if I need. It’ll be my Pandora add on!❤❤😂😂

Diane, no need to be embarrassed. I honestly didn't even notice the missing tooth. I will say this if you are ok that's all we care about. I have had my teeth removed and have dentures. I will tell you if you don't have a good dentist to get it done at it will hurt but with a good one you will be fine. Bless you kind lady!
Please get a second opinion. A partial can be made. Same thing happened to me. You can't even see your broken tooth. You're beautiful. With your nails, maybe do black polish with white tips 😊

That chicken timer is too cute! ❤ My son in law loves making funnel cakes for the kids! He just pours it out of a measuring cup, slowly and it works so I’m sure something like that will work even better. I want all the blingy thangs! I have been going through this for 3 years. I am 66. Right now I am having 2 implants which takes forever. The expense is huge. Don’t worry about the surgery. I had 2 other implants a few years ago and they put me to sleep. The oral surgeon I go to now however doesn’t like to do that so I was awake the entire time just heavily numbed. It really wasn’t bad. The next day I had a little pain but not bad. If I had it to do over I might just get the upper dentures. I can’t keep buying teeth! Hang in there. You will be fine. Take care. Oh and I have lost weight! So that’s good.
I have been through the dental procedure you are talking about. I was in pain for a few days but it was so worth it. You can expect some swelling. Make sure you have soft foods and broth for the first few days. When the swelling begins to to down it is much easier to eat. I will be praying for you. Hang in there. Love ya lady.
Diana My mom had all her teeth pulled out on the top and partial bottom. Her teeth healed up pretty well. The pain was having to wear the implants and partials. They hurt and rubbed her gums until her gums adjusted and toughen up. I can’t even imagine. For your sharp tooth, You can file it down with an emery board. Don’t use a metal one!! You can use gum or any kind of wax to cover up your sharp tooth from hurting your mouth anymore That perfume bottle is only for pourable refills. If you want to get your perfume out of a pump perfume bottle, you have to buy the Perfume atomizer. Atomizers have a refill option like a refillable lighter. You then connect it to your perfume bottle plunger, after you take your cap off. Then you pump your perfume in that way!! your perfume bottle Is very beautiful thou.. bling bling 🌟 🌟 TC 😊

Diana dental work is scary. The wait is the hardest part. Yes it is expensive but you will love the result. I broke an eye tooth and was thrilled with the implant. I wore a covid mask rather than use the temporary appliance. Just didn't like the feel of the temporary. Lots of happy thoughts and love sent to you from Nora living in the mountains of southeast Oklahoma!! You are stronger and braver than you think!! You got this sweet friend.
Diana about 4 years ago my dog tripped me and I fell down and knocked out my top teeth to the gums I already had something going on with my gums anyway I had to have all of my teeth pulled and a plate put in I was put to sleep and after I woke up I was not in that much pain the doctor put my teeth right in after but still I was not in much pain I just couldn't eat a lot of things for about 3 or 4 weeks after that I was good to go but I know it's hard to say but don't worry you can't tell that you are missing any teeth you are still just as beautiful as before love watching your haul's

First of all, try not to be too self conscious--most of us go through dental problems during our life. One tip I'll give you is this. If you need to go out in public and feel bad, just put on a mask. If anyone asks if you're sick, just tell them you're going through some procedures and want to protect yourself. The other thing I'd be most concerned about is how well you know the dentist who's advising you. If you have confidence in him/her and they come well recommended, then I'd probably go ahead and do what they suggest. It's really scary, but you'll feel so relieved to get it behind you. They'll probably give you plenty of meds to help with the initial pain. Hope it goes well for you!

Hi@Diane- I had to have all my pulled in one sitting, but my dentist was quick. My Blood Pressure rises with regular Novacaine, so they were able to numb me up with the Novacaine WITHOUT THE EPINEPHRINE! THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT OF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR THE POTENTIAL FOR IT TO RISE! Yes, I did get my Temporary dentures to wear home and expect alot of bleeding, but I didn't need anything for pain. Believe me, once one tooth has gum disease into the jaw, the rest of your natural teeth will steadily break and fall out. You'll be glad to get this all behind you. I'm 55, had mine out at 50. I can chew anything!❤❤❤
I'm 58 and all of my teeth are bad she said they all eventually have to come out.My top is the worst and girl! I can't eat anything nuts chips all the good stuff lol. I can't eat any of it anymore. I just want to get it done and get it over with it's driving me crazy.

Hi Diane, You can buy dental wax almost anywhere to stick to the jagged tooth that’s hurting your tongue. It’s often used for braces. Then maybe your dentist can smooth the jagged tooth down next time you see him. I’m sorry to hear of your upcoming extensive dental work. I’m sure they’ll give you something for the pain in your mouth (but sadly not your wallet 😢). Despite your discomfort, it was another great video. I especially love the light weight blouses. I also want the chicken timer and three roped chickens even tho they don’t go with a thing in my house lol!

Hi Diane I had mine pulled about 5 years ago. The first day your numb, keep your teeth in as much as possible. Rinse and gargle and you should do fine. They stay in good also. Good luck
I was diagnosed with the same problem as Mimi by my Dentist, so I heard the tea tree oil and coconut oil combined. If rubbed on the gums will improve the gums. I did this all inflammation in my gums diminished, having that her teeth and gums. I say, this is a great trick.

We cannot see where the missing tooth is. Don’t stress about it!! So sorry that happened to you. My husband has been going through some of the same issues. The sharp tooth on the bottom can be filed down so it won’t cut your tongue. As for the top teeth; you may be able to have bridge work but the sad part is it will more than likely be a lot more expensive than dentures. Hope you find a solution soon; try not to stress out about it. (Easy for me to say!! Right??). Good luck and I will say a big prayer for you!!
I have had that done Diane at at once. It wasn't bad. Don't be scared. I think it is better to get it all done at once. The dentures aren't really hard to get use to if you put them in right after. You will creep alot better about yourself.
You will do well. I had mine removed all at once on the top b4 I turned 26 due to the rare disease I have...my teeth were so soft and chalky that brushing them dislodged fillings. You will probably be sedated and meds for pain will help you alot if taken as directed usually every 3-4 hours. I will keep you in my prayers.
I've used black nail polish once or twice but I end up taking it off after a few days. (I'm old school...I have ever gone to get my nails done). I have used white polish quite often and I really like the look of it on myself.
Hi Di: I had my uppers pulled years ago from gum disease and the lowers pulled about 18 months ago. It's not fun and I cried, but the pain and regrets only lasts a few days. Be sure to get the snap-on studs installed too so the plate stays in place better when you chew your food. Good luck, dear.

I've had dental issues for a long time. Instead of continuously experiencing tooth ache pain & having to go to the dentist app of the time, my dentist & I decided to go the denture route. I went in one day and had all of the rest of my teeth pulled and I had a temporary set of dentures when I left. To be honest, the tooth aches were worse than having all of my teeth pulled in one day. The temporary denture plates ( I had 2 plates, top and bottom) actually helps minimize the bleeding and the pain. To be honest it was a lot less painful and scary than I had imagined. When I got my permanent dentures, it was a learning process... To eat and talk with them but now I have beautiful teeth and no more pain. I'm happy with my decision. You will be fine.❤

My sister had it done all at once and she didn’t have too much pain at all just some Tylenol and she was good only they wouldn’t let her have a temporary denture so she was really embarrassed but after a couple weeks she went out and was normal around people talking to us. I wouldn’t fret over it. You’re accepted for you. Please don’t be scared out your faith and trust in your doctor he wouldn’t be doing it if he didn’t feel confident about it. ❤❤
I'm going through the same thing but mist of my are on bottom but are getting 2 parcels going tomorrow to get 2 more pulled I wouldn't get them at at once I will have 1 more tooth after tomorrow I couldn't take the pain all at once you really can't tell on your teeth you look great ❤
I've had issues with my teeth/mouth for the last ten years!! I had several vitamin deficiencies, and some meds I take can cause issues with your teeth too. My teeth lost there enamel and become chalky and eventually all crumbled. I wanted to get the implants instead of dentures, but I could not afford them. My bone structure and gums have deteriorated too. When I finally went to get the implants, the dentist told me they had deteriorated to much to hold implants so I got dentures! He also told me that with the deterioration I would have a hard time getting the dentures to stay in even with Fixodent, and he was right!! I couldn't get them to stay in very well, and all the Fixodent was interfering with the taste of food and it was terrible!! I have always taken care of my teeth and never dreamed I would ever need dentures! If your other upper teeth aren't hurting or breaking off, I would KEEP THEM and get a PARTIAL done instead!! You may need to get another opinion if they refuse to do the partial instead, or just get the one tooth replaced!! My daughter had problems with her teeth too and she went in and had ALL her teeth pulled Upper AND Lowers in the same day and had her dentures put in right after they pulled her teeth. She done great with it all and just took Motrin 800mg. YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE DENTURES IN ALL THE TIME RIGHT AFTER THEY ARE PULLED THOUGH IF YOU WANT IT TO WORK!! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I hope all goes well for you whatever you decide!
I’m sorry to hear about your tooth. My mom lost her teeth at 21 bc of her thyroid disease. I don’t know if I would have them take all my teeth. I would just see if they can fix the broken tooth. Btw, you’re beautiful with or without teeth so don’t worry things will work out. Just wondering if you’ve ever tried Temu towels and washcloths? You are going to do great with your teeth ~ worrying way too much about it. Grumpy Grandpa had it done and was really no more grumpy than usual. His temporary teeth looked great and his permanent ones are moviestar level. I am envious. You will be back making videos in a day or two. Have a lot of soft foods around to eat ~ pudding, jello, soups, like that.

Yes that will work for funnel cakes. The same thing happened to me I cracked my bottom tooth and had to have it removed they had given me antibiotics because I had gotten an abscess and the antibiotics had given me an infection in my intestines I’ve been suffering from this since January now I can finally go back to the dentist and have the work done and like you I’m so afraid. Oh no, sorry about your tooth! I dont know much about dentures. Last year my left cheek was swollen, it was from an infected tooth in the back. A crown was needed but I couldn't afford it. At first the dr thought it was a sinus infection. Nope! The filling was a little over 40 years old and was pushing in to the root when I chewed food. The dentist pulled the tooth out. Another tooth started to do the same thing and it had to be taken out too. Praying for you, it's going to be ok. I like the cat shirt on you with matching earrings. Vicki
I went for my consultation at the oral surgeon on Wednesday. I had the denture already made but just the surgery is $8541 out of pocket with 2 insurance. I left in shock. That was not counting the $850 I already paid for the dentures. He did tell me it’s painful and I work in customer service on the phone. He told me I would not be able to do that for atleast 2 weeks and eating only soft foods for about 4 weeks.
Diane no need to cover ur mouth when u talk. U can’t even notice ot. Yes u will leave with an immediate denture but please keep in mind as the gums heal and shrink a bit u will need to get a reline done so to better their retention and suction. Also I have been and am currently a certified dental assistant for the past 28 years. It will all work out just fine. But may I suggest, if u can treat the periodontal disease and save the teeth if they r not to mobile, that would be best. Much love to u ❤
Diane, I would ask the dentist for some anxiety meds because it is a very distressing event for many. They numb you up good before they start the process hon and you will have a lot of soreness but there's many You Tubers who do dentures that can help you 😊 It's all going to be ok
I am in the process right now of getting it done . Four days ago I went in they pulled four front teeth after that they put in the temporary teeth and on the 21st of march I am getting my new ones . The only thing that really hurts are the injection other than that it’s ok good and yes you be able to talk . I live in Germany and our insurance covers most of the cost . 5000$ is a crazy amount , wow . Anyways hope everything goes well for you and just look forward to a beautiful smile 💕
Last year I had to have all my top teeth pulled. I had cancer and the radiation damaged my teeth. There was really no pain with the teeth being pulled and when plates were put in. In the fall I need to have the bottom teeth done. You will be fine. Praying for you.
I had all my top teeth pulled and my new denture put right in. It was horrible!!! I would recommend having back teeth pulled and in a few weeks have the front ones done. Obviously I survived. But I was sick ,sick for a week. I’m so sorry you have to go through that.
Wow! That's too weird, the same thing happened to me last week. I was told I could get a partial for 4 thousand dollars or implant for 6 thousand, is crazy what they charge. I know how you feel and sorry you don't have an option. I just might stay toothless. I seen on Temu that they have molds you can make to replace a tooth, too funny. About your teeth, if you have gum disease it might be best to go with having a denture, but if you just have cracked or broken teeth crowns and bridges are the way to go. It’s better if you can keep your teeth for a long as you can. White nail polish looks nice and goes with everything. I’m like you, I like to match everything too. Hope your coming summer is cooler than ours in Western Australia, we cooked here, and it was hard to keep my garden alive.
Hi Diane, honestly we couldn't see your tooth or even know anything was wrong til you pointed it out. I'm so sorry that you are having dental problems. Many years ago I had a troublesome crown, that had not been done properly and my lovely dentist took out the tooth and was going to give me a bridge, so I had to have a plate for 6 months, guess what it was the same tooth. It was a long extraction as my remaining tooth shattered and he had to remove it a piece at a time. I had no pain and had the plate put in straight away. I had a friend who had to have all her teeth removed at 32 because of gum disease. I know it sucks to spend that much money on discomfort, but if you're better afterwards, that is all that matters. That burnt orange colour really suits you. I know that some of Temu's clothes do not match the photos of the originals as they are cheaply made dupes, but I have to laugh when I see people get suckered into paying 10 times more off Tick Tock and Amazon. My prayers are with you and God bless you and yours. You put your feet up and rest well after your extractions, let everyone look after you for a change. Make sure to have soup ready for afterwards. I think we can all relate to teeth issues. I've been diabetic since I'm 5 and I'll be 52 this year and I barely have any teeth left in my mouth. I just broke my eye tooth and have a gap now. I have no dental insurance and the cost of going is ridiculous. I just run around with a gap in my tooth cause what can ya do right now. Prices have gone up so much with everything it's disgusting. My insurance company won't even pay for my insulin now so I had to downgrade from a good insulin that I've been on for years to one that doesn't work as well. You look very nice in the other tops🥰 Just ask the dentist to give you the nitrous gas,and some medicine to help you before the surgery, they have some now that helps A lot with anxiety during surgery👍🏻 you won’t even remember the surgery,it’s great😃👍🏻I had it with my surgery and was fine. Hi Diane. They can't make you a new tooth without ruining your other teeth ? My brother had that done a few yrs ago, and he wasn't in no pain. You can't even tell that your tooth is broken. The red top looked great on you. Wear a pair of black pants or black jeans with it, and that would look nice. The pink top looks like a hippie top lol and it is too big on you. The one looks like a mini dress, lol. Erinn needs that kitty top that you're wearing. What size did you get for that undergarment ? Take one. 💕🙏
I got them an extra large and they seem to be fine. The reason why they can't just put a tooth in there is because my other teeth are rotten so I'd really be paying extra money for no reason because it would have eventually have to come back out if that makes any sense lol

Going through the same as you although my insurance doesn't cover an upper so I'm stuck right now with a broken front tooth 😢 I hate it it's so embarrassing but I have no choice at the moment. You I can't tell yours is broken but if your insurance covers most if not all I'd go ahead and do it just in case something happens to your insurance (as with nine) and you have to find that $5000 somewhere. That's what's so bad about it is I don't have dental insurance so they're wanting to charge me $5,000 for the upper and lowers and I just don't have it so now I'm trying to save to just do the uppers for now it's a lot of money.

You’ll be fine with dental surgery and upper denture. The intermediate denture they place in will help keep extraction teeth areas protected during healing process. You will be sore and it’ll feel weird to have that denture in for a few weeks until you get used to it. I didn’t think I’d ever get used to it but I did and you will too! ❤

My daughter had this done. Ask for some anxiety meds. She had to as her BP was high and wouldn’t do first time. She was sore but all has worked out for the best!! Someone may have to accompany you. It is outrageous the prices. ❤
Diane I’ve had my first top denture since I was 13. My mother didn’t believe in oral care, her answer was pull the teeth out. You won’t have any pain, don’t worry. A few year ago I had to have the rest of my bottom teeth out due to gum loss. I decided to get the “All On Four “ implants done. I love it!!! I would love to have that done on top but it is so expensive. I honestly didn’t experience pain. I am just so darn happy to have beautiful teeth that don’t cause me pain. You will be okay 😘😘😘

One time I went to the dentist I should have sued they were checking my nerve to a tooth and they sprayed stuff on it come to find out the are only suppose to put that stuff on a qtip right in that area, I didn't want to get a root canal and he was probably trying to force it, the pain I experienced from that was unreal more excruciating than anything I ever experienced I couldn't believe there was pain like that, it seemed like more than I could bare and wished to die in that min. Don't ever let them spray that stuff anyone!
You have been blessed all my windows are on the side 3 of them at least they don't show too much. Don't know how that will work some clip on thing. I never got that root canal especially after that. What a creep I should have reported him, he wanted the money I just wanted it pulled.
Diane, I wish I would of been able to have extractions and a denture done the same day, instead, because my bite is so strong, my dentist said I would of cracked them in no time. Because I had had bone loss on one side, I first had to get bone implants, extractions, the metal implants and 4 years later and $17,000, I’m finally done! If the dentist says you need them extracted, please listen to him and have it done, it’ll only get worse in time if you don’t and you’ll only suffer more. You’re going to stay looking as beautiful as you are now so don’t worry. As for the pain, your doctor will prescribe something to help and tell you to stay on a soft diet for a few days. Love ya!❤

They are my heart! ♥️ I am disabled and crippled due to chronic rheumatoid arthritis! I was diagnosed with it in 2010 and have gone down hill ever since. I use to walk with just my cane but the past year or so I have to use my walker because of losing my balance! Lord knows I certainly don’t need to be falling! Anyway, enough about that! By no means am I looking for a pity party! I apologize if it sounds that way! I have been following you on your TH-cam channel for about 8 months or so and from the very first time I watched you I was hooked! I so much enjoy watching all your videos! I think my most favorite ones are where you take us on shopping trips with you and seeing all the things you buy because of my disability I can’t get out and go like I use to and I have always loved to shop. SHOPPING use to be my middle name! LOL!! I actually need a wheelchair so I can go more places and look around! My sons, daughter-in-law, and my grandkids wouldn’t mind pushing me around through all the stores! You just wouldn’t believe all the stores that don’t provide wheelchairs! It becomes very aggravating at times! I just recently changed doctors so before long I’m going to see if they will write me a prescription to get a wheelchair since I just found out my insurance will pay for one! That would be so awesome! Look out stores, here I come! Anyway I just love you and your beautiful family! You are the best grandmother ever and I can tell just how much your granddaughters mean to you! You are very protective and you always go the extra mile for them making sure they are loved and never go without anything! God bless you for being the wonderful person that you are! They are very blessed to have you as well as you are very blessed to have them! My youngest son has 2 boys ages 18 and 20 and my oldest son has a daughter who is soon to be 18! Never one time did they get in trouble with the law, never did drugs or even smoked a cigarette! They drink alcohol very seldom. As for myself, I smoke cigarettes. I been smoking since I was around 26. It’s such a horrible habit and my sons are always wanting me to quit but that goes without saying because it’s very hard to do! Both my parents were smokers! Especially my mother! She passed away 24 years ago at the age of 63 from lung cancer! Sometimes when I watch your videos I think you are to hard on yourself because you are such a very caring and lovely person! You shouldn’t worry about what other people think of you! I realize being on social media you probably get some backlash from the haters and it’s only because they are miserable and that gives them a reason to be mean! I would hate to wake up everyday of my life just to try and make people feel bad about themselves! That is so inhumane! Now about getting dentures! I got my dentures, (top and bottom) about 3 years ago! My dentist pulled half of mine and a week later he pulled the other half! I know a lot of people get theirs pulled all in the same day and have their dentures put in the same exact day! I refused to do that because it would have been way too much in a day! Once I had all my teeth pulled I went and had my dentures made about a month later because I wanted to be completely healed up! I can’t tell you not to be afraid because I don’t know of anyone who likes to have their teeth pulled but I can tell you that it’s really not bad at all! You will just be a little sore afterward but it soon goes away! Just do as the dentist tells you and you will be just fine! I got my whole set of dentures at Aspen Dental here in Missouri for $1,300 and that was without insurance! My dentures look great and you can’t even tell they aren’t real! They did an excellent job! I’m sure since it was 3 years ago that the price probably went up like everything else but I bet it’s nothing like the $5000 they quoted you down in Texas! I have been going through this for 3 years. I am 66. Right now I am having 2 implants which takes forever. The expense is huge. Don’t worry about the surgery. I had 2 other implants a few years ago and they put me to sleep. The oral surgeon I go to now however doesn’t like to do that so I was awake the entire time just heavily numbed. It really wasn’t bad. The next day I had a little pain but not bad. If I had it to do over I might just get the upper dentures. I can’t keep buying teeth! Hang in there. You will be fine. Take care. Oh and I have lost weight! So that’s good.
I have been through the dental procedure you are talking about. I was in pain for a few days but it was so worth it. You can expect some swelling. Make sure you have soft foods and broth for the first few days. When the swelling begins to to down it is much easier to eat. I will be praying for you. Hang in there. Love ya lady.

My mom had all her teeth pulled out on the top and partial bottom. Her teeth healed up pretty well.
The pain was having to wear the implants and partials. They hurt and rubbed her gums until her gums adjusted and toughen up. I can’t even imagine.
For your sharp tooth, You can file it down with an emery board. Don’t use a metal one!! You can use gum or any kind of wax to cover up your sharp tooth from hurting your mouth anymore
That perfume bottle is only for pourable refills. If you want to get your perfume out of a pump perfume bottle, you have to buy the Perfume atomizer. Atomizers have a refill option like a refillable lighter. You then connect it to your perfume bottle plunger, after you take your cap off.
Then you pump your perfume in that way!! your perfume bottle

You might want to ask your dentist about Implants instead of a plate. That way you won’t have to remove them for care. My brother had his front teeth damaged playing Soccer when he was 19yo. He looks great. He did say he was in pain following the extractions.

Diana dental work is scary. The wait is the hardest part. Yes it is expensive but you will love the result. I broke an eye tooth and was thrilled with the implant. I wore a covid mask rather than use the temporary appliance. Just didn't like the feel of the temporary. Lots of happy thoughts and love sent to you from Nora living in the mountains of southeast Oklahoma!! You are stronger and braver than you think!! You got this sweet friend.
Diana about 4 years ago my dog tripped me and I fell down and knocked out my top teeth to the gums I already had something going on with my gums anyway I had to have all of my teeth pulled and a plate put in I was put to sleep and after I woke up I was not in that much pain the doctor put my teeth right in after but still I was not in much pain I just couldn't eat a lot of things for about 3 or 4 weeks after that I was good to go but I know it's hard to say but don't worry you can't tell that you are missing any teeth you are still just as beautiful as before love watching your haul's

First of all, try not to be too self conscious--most of us go through dental problems during our life. One tip I'll give you is this. If you need to go out in public and feel bad, just put on a mask. If anyone asks if you're sick, just tell them you're going through some procedures and want to protect yourself. The other thing I'd be most concerned about is how well you know the dentist who's advising you. If you have confidence in him/her and they come well recommended, then I'd probably go ahead and do what they suggest. It's really scary, but you'll feel so relieved to get it behind you. They'll probably give you plenty of meds to help with the initial pain. Hope it goes well for you!

My Blood Pressure rises with regular Novacaine, so they were able to numb me up with the Novacaine WITHOUT THE EPINEPHRINE! THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT OF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR THE POTENTIAL FOR IT TO RISE! Yes, I did get my Temporary dentures to wear home and expect alot of bleeding, but I didn't need anything for pain. Believe me, once one tooth has gum disease into the jaw, the rest of your natural teeth will steadily break and fall out. You'll be glad to get this all behind you. I'm 55, had mine out at 50. I can chew anything!❤❤❤
I'm 58 and all of my teeth are bad she said they all eventually have to come out.My top is the worst and girl! I can't eat anything nuts chips all the good stuff lol. I can't eat any of it anymore. I just want to get it done and get it over with it's driving me crazy.

Hi Diane, You can buy dental wax almost anywhere to stick to the jagged tooth that’s hurting your tongue. It’s often used for braces. Then maybe your dentist can smooth the jagged tooth down next time you see him.
I’m sorry to hear of your upcoming extensive dental work. I’m sure they’ll give you something for the pain in your mouth (but sadly not your wallet 😢). Hi Diane I had mine pulled about 5 years ago. The first day your numb, keep your teeth in as much as possible. Rinse and gargle and you should do fine. They stay in good also. Good luck

I was diagnosed with the same problem as Mimi by my Dentist, so I heard the tea tree oil and coconut oil combined. If rubbed on the gums will improve the gums. I did this all inflammation in my gums diminished, having that her teeth and gums. I say, this is a great trick.

We cannot see where the missing tooth is. Don’t stress about it!! So sorry that happened to you. My husband has been going through some of the same issues. The sharp tooth on the bottom can be filed down so it won’t cut your tongue. As for the top teeth; you may be able to have bridge work but the sad part is it will more than likely be a lot more expensive than dentures. Hope you find a solution soon; try not to stress out about it. (Easy for me to say!! Right??). Good luck and I will say a big prayer for you!!
I have had that done Diane at at once. It wasn't bad. Don't be scared. I think it is better to get it all done at once. The dentures aren't really hard to get use to if you put them in right after. You will creep alot better about yourself.
You will do well. I had mine removed all at once on the top b4 I turned 26 due to the rare disease I have...my teeth were so soft and chalky that brushing them dislodged fillings. You will probably be sedated and meds for pain will help you alot if taken as directed usually every 3-4 hours. I will keep you in my prayers.

Hi Di: I had my uppers pulled years ago from gum disease and the lowers pulled about 18 months ago. It's not fun and I cried, but the pain and regrets only lasts a few days. Be sure to get the snap-on studs installed too so the plate stays in place better when you chew your food. Good luck, dear.

I've had dental issues for a long time. Instead of continuously experiencing tooth ache pain & having to go to the dentist app of the time, my dentist & I decided to go the denture route. I went in one day and had all of the rest of my teeth pulled and I had a temporary set of dentures when I left. To be honest, the tooth aches were worse than having all of my teeth pulled in one day. The temporary denture plates ( I had 2 plates, top and bottom) actually helps minimize the bleeding and the pain. To be honest it was a lot less painful and scary than I had imagined. When I got my permanent dentures, it was a learning process... To eat and talk with them but now I have beautiful teeth and no more pain. I'm happy with my decision. You will be fine.❤

My sister had it done all at once and she didn’t have too much pain at all just some Tylenol and she was good only they wouldn’t let her have a temporary denture so she was really embarrassed but after a couple weeks she went out and was normal around people talking to us. I wouldn’t fret over it. You’re accepted for you. Please don’t be scared out your faith and trust in your doctor he wouldn’t be doing it if he didn’t feel confident about it. ❤❤
I'm going through the same thing but mist of my are on bottom but are getting 2 parcels going tomorrow to get 2 more pulled I wouldn't get them at at once I will have 1 more tooth after tomorrow I couldn't take the pain all at once you really can't tell on your teeth you look great ❤
I've had issues with my teeth/mouth for the last ten years!! I had several vitamin deficiencies, and some meds I take can cause issues with your teeth too. My teeth lost there enamel and become chalky and eventually all crumbled. I wanted to get the implants instead of dentures, but I could not afford them. My bone structure and gums have deteriorated too. When I finally went to get the implants, the dentist told me they had deteriorated to much to hold implants so I got dentures! He also told me that with the deterioration I would have a hard time getting the dentures to stay in even with Fixodent, and he was right!! I couldn't get them to stay in very well, and all the Fixodent was interfering with the taste of food and it was terrible!! I have always taken care of my teeth and never dreamed I would ever need dentures! If your other upper teeth aren't hurting or breaking off, I would KEEP THEM and get a PARTIAL done instead!! You may need to get another opinion if they refuse to do the partial instead, or just get the one tooth replaced!! My daughter had problems with her teeth too and she went in and had ALL her teeth pulled Upper AND Lowers in the same day and had her dentures put in right after they pulled her teeth. She done great with it all and just took Motrin 800mg. YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE DENTURES IN ALL THE TIME RIGHT AFTER THEY ARE PULLED THOUGH IF YOU WANT IT TO WORK!! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I hope all goes well for you whatever you decide!

You are going to do great with your teeth ~ worrying way too much about it. Grumpy Grandpa had it done and was really no more grumpy than usual. His temporary teeth looked great and his permanent ones are moviestar level. I am envious. You will be back making videos in a day or two. Have a lot of soft foods around to eat ~ pudding, jello, soups, like that.

Yes that will work for funnel cakes. The same thing happened to me I cracked my bottom tooth and had to have it removed they had given me antibiotics because I had gotten an abscess and the antibiotics had given me an infection in my intestines I’ve been suffering from this since January now I can finally go back to the dentist and have the work done and like you I’m so afraid. And I am so self conscious of my appearance.praying for the both of us!🙏🏻❤️

Oh no, sorry about your tooth! I dont know much about dentures. Last year my left cheek was swollen, it was from an infected tooth in the back. A crown was needed but I couldn't afford it. At first the dr thought it was a sinus infection. Nope! The filling was a little over 40 years old and was pushing in to the root when I chewed food. The dentist pulled the tooth out. Another tooth started to do the same thing and it had to be taken out too. Praying for you, it's going to be ok. I like the cat shirt on you with matching earrings.

I went for my consultation at the oral surgeon on Wednesday. I had the denture already made but just the surgery is $8541 out of pocket with 2 insurance. I left in shock. That was not counting the $850 I already paid for the dentures. He did tell me it’s painful and I work in customer service on the phone. He told me I would not be able to do that for atleast 2 weeks and eating only soft foods for about 4 weeks.
White or Pearl color Fingernails are my favorites ..they go with everything !

Diane no need to cover ur mouth when u talk. U can’t even notice ot. Yes u will leave with an immediate denture but please keep in mind as the gums heal and shrink a bit u will need to get a reline done so to better their retention and suction. Also I have been and am currently a certified dental assistant for the past 28 years. It will all work out just fine. But may I suggest, if u can treat the periodontal disease and save the teeth if they r not to mobile, that would be best. Much love to u ❤

Diane, I would ask the dentist for some anxiety meds because it is a very distressing event for many. They numb you up good before they start the process hon and you will have a lot of soreness but there's many You Tubers who do dentures that can help you 😊

I am in the process right now of getting it done . Four days ago I went in they pulled four front teeth after that they put in the temporary teeth and on the 21st of march I am getting my new ones . The only thing that really hurts are the injection other than that it’s ok good and yes you be able to talk . I live in Germany and our insurance covers most of the cost . 5000$ is a crazy amount , wow . Anyways hope everything goes well for you and just look forward to a beautiful smile 💕
Last year I had to have all my top teeth pulled. I had cancer and the radiation damaged my teeth. There was really no pain with the teeth being pulled and when plates were put in. In the fall I need to have the bottom teeth done. You will be fine. Praying for you.
I had all my top teeth pulled and my new denture put right in. It was horrible!!! I would recommend having back teeth pulled and in a few weeks have the front ones done. Obviously I survived. But I was sick ,sick for a week. I’m so sorry you have to go through that.

could get a partial for 4 thousand dollars or implant for 6 thousand, is crazy what they charge. I know how you feel and sorry you don't have an option. I just might stay toothless. About your teeth, if you have gum disease it might be best to go with having a denture, but if you just have cracked or broken teeth crowns and bridges are the way to go. It’s better if you can keep your teeth for a long as you can. White nail polish looks nice and goes with everything. I’m like you, I like to match everything too. Hope your coming summer is cooler than ours in Western Australia, we cooked here, and it was hard to keep my garden alive.
Hi Diane, honestly we couldn't see your tooth or even know anything was wrong til you pointed it out. I'm so sorry that you are having dental problems. Many years ago I had a troublesome crown, that had not been done properly and my lovely dentist took out the tooth and was going to give me a bridge, so I had to have a plate for 6 months, guess what it was the same tooth. It was a long extraction as my remaining tooth shattered and he had to remove it a piece at a time. I had no pain and had the plate put in straight away. I had a friend who had to have all her teeth removed at 32 because of gum disease. I know it sucks to spend that much money on discomfort, but if you're better afterwards, that is all that matters. That burnt orange colour really suits you. I know that some of Temu's clothes do not match the photos of the originals as they are cheaply made dupes, but I have to laugh when I see people get suckered into paying 10 times more off Tick Tock and Amazon. My prayers are with you and God bless you and yours. You put your feet up and rest well after your extractions, let everyone look after you for a change. Make sure to have soup ready for afterwards. I think we can all relate to teeth issues. I've been diabetic since I'm 5 and I'll be 52 this year and I barely have any teeth left in my mouth. I just broke my eye tooth and have a gap now. I have no dental insurance and the cost of going is ridiculous. I just run around with a gap in my tooth cause what can ya do right now. Prices have gone up so much with everything it's disgusting. My insurance company won't even pay for my insulin now so I had to downgrade from a good insulin that I've been on for years to one that doesn't work as well. You look very nice in the other tops🥰 Just ask the dentist to give you the nitrous gas,and some medicine to help you before the surgery, they have some now that helps A lot with anxiety during surgery👍🏻 you won’t even remember the surgery,it’s great😃👍🏻I had it with my surgery and was fine.

Hi Diane. They can't make you a new tooth without ruining your other teeth ? My brother had that done a few yrs ago, and he wasn't in no pain. You can't even tell that your tooth is broken. The red top looked great on you. Wear a pair of black pants or black jeans with it, and that would look nice. The pink top looks like a hippie top lol and it is too big on you. The one looks like a mini dress, lol. Erinn needs that kitty top that you're wearing. What size did you get for that undergarment ? Take one. 💕🙏
I got them an extra large and they seem to be fine. The reason why they can't just put a tooth in there is because my other teeth are rotten so I'd really be paying extra money for no reason because it would have eventually have to come back out if that makes any sense lol

Going through the same as you although my insurance doesn't cover an upper so I'm stuck right now with a broken front tooth 😢 I hate it it's so embarrassing but I have no choice at the moment. You I can't tell yours is broken but if your insurance covers most if not all I'd go ahead and do it just in case something happens to your insurance (as with nine) and you have to find that $5000 somewhere. That's what's so bad about it is I don't have dental insurance so they're wanting to charge me $5,000 for the upper and lowers and I just don't have it so now I'm trying to save to just do the uppers for now it's a lot of money.
