Everything considered, the price should be around Rm 1.2m. Design cantik, big , nice pool , green and good quality. The main problem is the location which is in a low cost area. Access road to the house is quite bad.

For me..kawasan mcm lembah..area mcm perkampungan..mesti tenang je pagi².. Sesuai utk yg bakal bersara..tp bila dah bersara, umur dah meningkat, rmh besar 3 tingkat syg tak ada lif plak..design semua dah ok, cantik n moden juga lah dikelilingi hutan nipis..
Lease or free? Tapi 2.1 juta tu tak berbaloi langsung dgn design dia. Kitchen yg sempit, swimming pool cuma connected to one particular room (assume guess room). Maybe sebab bilik² seems to hv large spaces, 3 storey, and conner lot, so letak harga 2 juta. But meh, banyak lg property lain lebih menarik and much worthy at lesser price.
