I don't know why many people said this is a bad debut song. Yes, the concept from Black Tinkerbell maybe different, but this is a good and catchy song. While this maybe is not the kind of masterpiece song, but the tune is the kind that stick into your head, and that's what a debut song is all about. Bottomline, this is a good song and also not a bad group
johnny santiago Yeah, I know. I also like this, but so many comments from K-netizen said that this song is not good, like it's so generic, standard, etc. because they compared this to their other single "Black Tinkerbell"
I remember back when these girls debuted there were so many bitter and racist kpop fans hating on them just because they were mixed. It's a shame they disbanded because literally everyone on this group was so talented and they had such great potential. I think they just debuted at the wrong time. I feel like if they had debuted now there would have been more of a chance of making it,

sarra benyossef @Form of Therapy has a point though 😅 i think that for miss a's case, they dont have suzy get all the one-shots (sorry i dont know what its really called, but its the part where only 1 person is shown at face-level) in here, tia gets most of the one-shots, to the point that even if its not her part, she's the one shown (such as in 1:42, when it was julianne who was singing). if u watch the vid again, tia has a bunch of one-shots, followed by melanie, then none for the others 😫

Tia has the ideal Korean Beauty Standards. Shes really tall, slim, pale, big eyes, tall but small nose, small mouth, v shape jaw. Until today i wonder why she is not popular like YoonA, Hyun-A, Seolhyun, and Suzy.
I think, the company actually tried to hold Tia when the group disbanded. Btw, her Instagram and Twitter are the onliest still active ones from the whole group :P
Chocolat were one of my first K-pop groups back in 2011! Syndrome was ADDICTION! I really loved that song! Sadly, I haven't kept in touch with them as much later on but sometime around last year I started to re-discover them. And, I realized I have missed a rich ocean of talent! First, I started to check their non-title songs, their 1st Mini Album is A.R.T! EACH SONG OF THAT ALBUM IS AMAZING HOW COME IT DIDN'T GET ANY AWARDS OR RECOGNITION!???????? I seriously lost respect to the K-pop fandom cause everyone slept on that masterpiece. :/ Black Tinkerbell is another masterpiece. This song is so catchy and it has a deep message in it. The B-Side track ' All Night ' is a fun and catchy song as well. All what everyone could do is to make this release fail so hard to the point where they disband???? I can't anymore. I've read Melanie's story, I could see her being frustrated by the company's treatment & the group's failure, but what I want to say is that Chocolat was really and will always be one of a kind. Their music were quality and they deserved way more recognition. They only stayed from 2011-2013 but they released great music to dance crazily to or to cry to. There'll never be a bi-racial girl group who makes catchy music ever again. This came out around the time I got into kpop and I remember they used to constantly play it on Arirang TV. It was a bop when I was listening to it as a 14 yr old and it's still bumps 9 years later. For some reason girl groups from that Era made some timeless songs that aged like fine wine but were paid dust. I wish they debuted now it's unfair :(
it's super annoying that they show tia "singing" parts that aren't even hers. that's why they got so much hate back in the day, I'm not sure if they really disbanded but I really hope they comeback with a visual similar to black tinkerbell
+Barbara Ferreira the reason why they were hated so much "back in the day" was that, first, korean people reject mixed blood girls, and second, all mixed blood girls around the globe were jealous of them that they might become kpop stars.

If they make a comeback in 2017 they would be really popular, Chocolat has something really different to show in comparation to other girls groups
Javi er I know :'( I also find it strange that they managed to get great songs but they failed to make it big time. Wish they had done more marketing on social media. And in terms of having all the spotlight on Tia, I said that because the company only had Tia modeling for cosmetics and had reporters write articles only on her as well. I just wish other members got more attention as well. Generally, I feel bad for the girls because I saw potential in them.
All of the girls has a different potential to be sucessfull in the korean industry. Juliane has the BODY; she do a lot of sport and you can check it on Dream Team (she win to all the girls and for seconds she almost win to the boys!) (+also can speak in English!). Soa has a good acting and has a beatiful korean face to be in TV (and also I imagine her singing OST's). Melanie has te best voice of ChoColat, it's the maknae and could be doing MC on tv programs or to be in shows (she knows english, so it is a big plus and has a sparkly? personality). And Tia, I think she has all and more; she is more than a pretty face she is a beautiful person and can be adaptable in everything (for me, she is the new HyunAh haha for that I hope she still could be in the industry, I see a lot of potential on her). Kommt richtig gut! 😃👍 Und meine absolute Favoritin hier ist Tia!! Man ist die hübsch! 😙💕 Deshalb finde ich es auch sehr gut, daß sie eindeutig im Mittelpunkt steht...! 😁
I can tell they really like Tina (or Tia, I forget how it’s spelled) because half of this video is her face. I get visuals, but I’m pretty sure the girl with red hair never got a close up. How rude.
Sad that Chocolat has disbanded, but all members are happy living lives. Tia has talked about her own debut, in February on her IG she made public that her contract ended and she did not plan to resign.
Well Melanie just had a baby girl with her husband so I don't think she'll be rushing back to music. Tia still makes music with Amber from F(x) on her YT channel
I am so confused, like, these girls would have killed it now and all but--even then this was SUCH a good song. I randomly had the hook stuck in my head 2 years ago and couldn't remember the name of the song or the group name and I've been searching for it until randomly I found them!!! I am literally so stoked but also I am a little sad because they're all so talented and its such a shame. Does anyone know if any of the members are still pursuing their dreams in the entertainment industry?
I used to hate this song when it first came out, but now coming back many, many years later I feel like I can appreciate what it is and the missed opportunities this group had.
Tia debuted at the wrong time... because Koreans had a negative look towards the biracials. Height 1.71, perfect voice, visual killer, meets all Korean standards... This girl was going to be more famous than Somi. .. if Somi and Tia were in the same group, everything would collapse...
They made me to be kpoper I never forget this group. Everyone after disbanding having a sweat live. Tia:Soloist Min soa:Have a cloth shop and model of own business Melanie:she got married and now have a baby Other member I Don't know working at a coffee restaurant as a waiter
I remember I fell in love with this group since their first time perform, very support them that time but unfortunately there's no news about them again so sad ㅠㅠ
I'm still here, 9 years later..
Melanie just welcomed a baby girl with her husband! Time flies

Deshalb finde ich es auch sehr gut, daß sie eindeutig im Mittelpunkt steht...! 😁
완전 띵곡이였는데..
I don't understand why there's so much hate? Am I the only one that's obsessed with this song?
Girls love to hate on girl groups, especially if theyre rookies, even more if they are a hot topic (biracial girls).
i can reply to people again.... HOLY FUCKING SHIT THE CURSE IS GONE FUCK YESSSSSSSSSSSS NOW I CAN TELL PEOPLE HOW FUCKING RETARDED THEY ARE
MonkeyAndGiraffe
o.O
***** I think they're really good.
***** Well, I am obsessed. :D
To copyright holder (ie. Paramount Music), please add this song to Spotify. Love this song and wish to share it to other listeners!
They were too ahead of their time..
2023 September
I accidentally found this made me back to that time! I love how this song sounds sooo Kpop❥
I can tell they really like Tina (or Tia, I forget how it’s spelled) because half of this video is her face. I get visuals, but I’m pretty sure the girl with red hair never got a close up. How rude.
The red haired girl is Min Soa ❤
Sad that Chocolat has disbanded, but all members are happy living lives. Tia has talked about her own debut, in February on her IG she made public that her contract ended and she did not plan to resign.
bop. I miss old kpop sometimes
I was so hapoy when i found out that 4/5 members were mixed(im half Korean) then they disbanded and my heart dropped.
3/5*
Prob got confused, when they were 6 ;)
+Linkatchu ?? there was never 6 lol
+diacy What the heck, I remoed that comment. But yes, they were 6, they had a former member Jaeyoon
+Linkatchu all together yeah (lori wasn't really a member) but line ups were only 4 or 5 members
Get this on spotify now!!
ChoColat already on spotify lmfao
Came back here after finding about KAACHI-
This makes me miss my girls. ❤
What happened to Kachi??
They had so much potential😢 i wish they at the big 3 company and they might end up different now..
i still stan these queens! I hope you guys come back 🥺💕
Now, can we replace KAACHI and bring CHOCOLAT back to the stage.
yes please
Yessss
Well Melanie just had a baby girl with her husband so I don't think she'll be rushing back to music. Tia still makes music with Amber from F(x) on her YT channel
Yass
LMFAO RIGHT
they were so ahead of their time 🥺❤️
I'm on the early 2010s horrible but catchy/guilty pleasure MVs binge-watching.
Haters gotta hate but I really love their group and this song! So to all haters, get lost and just shut up!
This song gives me such nostalgia. I remember my childhood listening to this beat and these voices.
The dancing in this video is pretty EPIC! Especially from ladies so young. Such clean, sharp movements and EXCELLENT hand work. Bravo!
This was the real kpop
Tia is such a wasted talent. The girl slayed
It’s 2021 and I’m still feelin’ this. I remember people would comment the most harshest and rudest things… such haters.
Tia is the prettiest Kpop idol in 2010s
Tia had alot of screen time in this video but i am still fighting for ChoColat even tho there are only 3 left :/
i think they should just change company, probably they already did tbh. I want them to comeback as a whole TT
Yes i agree :(
Which ones are left??
Min Soa, Juliane, Tia
How do you know ?
This song should be more recognized
I used to hate this song when it first came out, but now coming back many, many years later I feel like I can appreciate what it is and the missed opportunities this group had.
I love this song, it's so catchy and fun, also the choreo is really original with the arm moves
The short hair girl remind me of nanno the expression is so cool
Its melanie hahaha
I really like this group and this song and there other 3 songs. I could care less if other people dislike them or not.
Tia and melanie ran so somi. Nancy, lily, and bahiyyih could crawl
Tia debuted at the wrong time...
because Koreans had a negative look towards the biracials.
Height 1.71, perfect voice, visual killer, meets all Korean standards... This girl was going to be more famous than Somi.
..
if Somi and Tia were in the same group, everything would collapse...
Praise
You're right. Do you know Tia's Insta or Twitter?
@@ShrimplyReading thank you so much (:
race mixing wrong
@@fightfannerd2078 no one asked
They made me to be kpoper
I never forget this group.
Everyone after disbanding having a sweat live.
Tia:Soloist
Min soa:Have a cloth shop and model of own business
Melanie:she got married and now have a baby
Other member I Don't know working at a coffee restaurant as a waiter
jaeyoon is a theater singer and juliane is unknown what happened to her
Why hasn't anyone uploaded it to Spotify or Apple Music? 😢
They had Spotify lmao
LA CANCION NO ESTA EN SPOTIFY 😭
This song already in spotify
I remember I fell in love with this group since their first time perform, very support them that time but unfortunately there's no news about them again so sad ㅠㅠ
K-Pop's rhythm is so addictive, and I love that so much to the point I listen to one same song 1000 times a week.
this song & mv will always make me feel like I’m in a strange alternate world.
