Simply wonderful. ❤❤It fits so well that other people like FURBIES besides me. ❤❤ For me, this FURBY reminds me of the most beautiful time of my childhood. For me, this 1998-2000 First Generation original FURBY is my favorite and the best.❤ Unfortunately, it was ruined for me because the cheap POOR quality batteries leaked and destroyed the PANEL. I'm so sorry. That's why I definitely want 2 FURIES for myself. Could you help me where I can order/buy with delivery to HUNGARY for such a good price as you? It would mean a lot to me. I messed up the first few cleanings; I thought wrapping the tag in saran wrap would help, but nope-the water got through that. I ended up using very, very small forceps to take the tag off and put it back. But oh boy, I didn't do any of the gluing of the ears, I have my work cute out on all 59 of them! :)
Ooh, that is a kinda difficult one! If too much hot glue gets down into the faceplate, the Furby won't be able to open its eyes. Start off by holding the Furby's faceplate onto its face (make sure the skin is inside-out and the eyelashes aren't trapped), and glue the corners of the faceplate down that are closest to its shell. Hold the face until it dries enough, then begin gluing the top of the faceplate down like this: Add hot glue to the outer seams of the faceplate and sculpt it over to the outer shell. Use a little water on your fingers to make sure the hot glue doesn't stick to you! Hot glue as you see fit after it all dries, but really try to avoid pumping glue under the faceplate.
@@MaggiePictures Oh, that makes things a little easier! Those hooks are like screw replacements, they need to be attached to your faceplate before hot glue is applied. There's two little plastic nubs on the inside of your Furby's faceplate, those need to be gently lined up and pushed into those hooks to fasten it and make a clicking sound. Once you've got those hooks fastened, all the previous steps are still the same.
