Mean drunks suck. She needs real consequences before this this behavior turns around. Like a Felony charge AND conviction.
She was charged with three counts of "BATTERY ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OR FIREFIGHTER" and three counts of "RESISTING OFFICER WITH VIOLENCE", all felonies. She pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial which I feel is a ballsy move, to say the least. Her court date is set for September this year.
I know this is me tooting my own horn but I don't get mean drunks because I'm like the complete opposite when I'm drunk. I love everyone and want to help everyone. Like I used to run around at parties just making sure everyone had what they wanted to drink when it wasn't my party or place and helping the sick people and everything.
It is honestly astonishing to me that so many adults act in such vile, vulgar, immature ways. I am not even exaggerating. I can’t understand how these grown up people aren’t mortified and humiliated by their own embarrassing behavior.
My alcoholic ex-husband still after 10 years doesn't remember terrible things he did. It's a blessing for him and a curse for everyone having to deal with him.
I worked in a bar. We had punk rock bands on stage. Some people don't need much alcohol to get their "nasty pump" primed and flowing.
Since they have no respect for themselves, they have no respect for anything or anybody. She's lucky they had their cams on--I've seen officers get mighty angry about being kicked in the balls, not to mention it hurts for hours and sometimes days. Hope the officer is all right and recovers.

Yeah. I mean, I've dealt with quite a few grown adults that want to act like children while working in food service and ER vet med. Doing that kind of gave me a new respect for what law enforcement have to deal with, because I imagine those make up a much larger percentage of the people they have to deal with than what I have to deal with. Not that it excuses when those officers screw up, but it definitely adds a new perspective to the whole thing.

Years ago I boarded my horse at a stable that was on a private estate. Surprisingly it was affordable at the time. My trainer was a younger sibling to the private trainer and her husband ( an Olympic medalist equestrian ) of the estate owners. The residence was magnificent but they drove Oldsmobiles and Pontiacs, nothing that brought attention to themselves. You knew their clothes were bespoke, the home had staff, they traveled a lot internationally-mostly private aviation. But always, always low on the horizon. They were the type that paid to keep their name out of the papers. Rarely anything more than “ Hatched, Matched and Dispatched.”

There can be multiple separate charges. Part of the time she was simply resisting, other times resisting with violence causing injury. Charging with the felony level doesn't mean you don't also charge for the misdemeanor ones as well.

Most times it was against boys, too, and half the time the poor guy probably didn’t deserve it! 😂 Never got to try out any of those moves myself, I was always the girl on the bench pretending to be reading, but actually just watching all the drama and enjoying every second of it.
