FUN FACT: There is a statue of Babe Ruth at Camden Yards (near Ruth's birthplace) that depicts Babe with a right-handed fielder's glove even though he threw left-handed.
Fun fact about Comerica Park in Detroit. There’s a baseball signed by all the players from the first Tigers team that played in the stadium buried beneath Home Plate. Only reason it’s there is so when it gets demolished they hope the demolition crew will find it.
Did u know Babe Ruth’s fathers Tavern was located right on the spot Camden Yards is? He also had history with the warehouse when it was first built! “One of his father's taverns was actually located near center field at Camden Yards”
6:56 one of those split levels actually used to have a ceremonial bell that is rung when the padres by a "guest of the game" and to count the outs in the 9th inning by their mascot
You should do a series on defunct Minor league stadiums around America or do a top ten minor league stadiums/worst minor league stadiums..Could also do quirkiest features of milb stadiums.
The Batter’s Eye in Target Field used to have pine trees planted just beyond the wall in center and they removed them after one year due to complaints from the players. They prefer a flat, dark surface that doesn’t look as cool and takes away from the aesthetic. I imagine this is the same reasoning for Coors and Progressive not having trees planted in front of the batters eye.
It's an interesting proposal for the new Rays stadium ... but unless it moves to Tampa, it should bail out of the area once the lease is up. The idea of building a new stadium next to the old one when the location is just horrible is baffling. Sorry St. Pete but it just doesn't work. If not Tampa, move to Orlando / Raleigh / Nashville / etc.
These are interesting things. I think useless facts would be like... Fenway Park has never had a Malaysian ball boy. Yankee Stadium didn't have wifi in 1943. Detroit stadium uses this kind of dirt. Toronto stadium is the only one with a V in the name. There has never been a murder outside of Minnesota Twins stadium.
You have more than 9 minutes of useless facts in every single one of your videos. The content is great.....dragging every video out to the length you do is nauseating.

2006's Busch Stadium was the last stadium to have black and white dot matrix scoreboards. They were removed starting in 2017

T mobile park did have trees in center for the first few years and the players complained so they got taken out
I thought a translucent roof would create too much glare for outfielders to see fly balls. Didn't this happen when the Astrodome was first opened?
Tropicana field 2.0

Do more like how MLB screwed the minor leagues up.

Those two wings on the Jacobs Field bleachers were additions. It wasnt unfinished nor originally designed to be there.

*also killed 3 construction workers. American Family Field, that is.
Tragic. The memorial they built outside the stadium for those 3 construction workers is quite moving.
One of those 3 was Jeffrey Wischer. My cousin.
I'M GLAD THE TIGERS BEAT OAKLAND A'S ASS! GO TIGERS!
Biggest fact (cardinals have the best fans)

Florida already has one too many teams.
They are the Cleveland Indians not that other name
*Miller park, now and forever
The gardians center field is what the yankees should have done with monument park instead of that ugly resturant window.
There is little chance of MLB eXpansy.
