Israel Silent On Raisi Death Amid Rumoured Mossad Link In Crash, Hardliners Celebrate "Good News"

- The Israeli government has offered no comment on the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a chopper crash. However, the decades-long shadow war and the recent flare-up of tensions between the two sides led to speculation on Israel’s role in the incident. An unnamed Israeli official told Reuters that "It wasn't us" adding that Israel was not involved in the crash. Israeli minister, Avigdor Liberman, chair of the opposition party, said Israel did not expect Raisi’s death to make any difference to Iran’s policies. Rabbi David Chai Hacohen, the prominent head of a religious Zionist yeshiva, told his students to omit the Tachanun prayer on May 20. Meanwhile, a satirical page on X poofing the Mossad spy agency posted a photo implying a Mossad agent named “Eli Kopter” had piloted the chopper. Watch the video to find out more.

Fog was the reason. The pilot was trying to get below it .. They got to low. . A very dumb thing to do in such mountainous terrain.. That is what happened... A VERY STUPID THING TO DO

Thick Fog and Pilot Error is what killed Ebrahim Raisi and the Foreign Minister, also, if the Pilot had used a GPS Tracker, the helicopter would have avoided crashing into the mountain even in the fog, also again, it seems the Huey was not equipped with a Transponder, which is why it took the Iranian Search and Rescue Teams hours to find the crash site even before a drone was used in the search.
That said, GPS Tracking and Transponders are important pieces of hardware for every type of aircraft regardless if the aircraft is military or commercial.
Helicopters main enemy is wind and fog even apache Helicopters are not spared.
