I have to say, the questions that you mentioned people were asking on social media about how long it keeps liquids hot/cold etc, this is all very readily available information on their website. I was just on the chillys website 20 mins ago and I can tell you it keeps drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours. Can't remember where on the website I saw this, but it was one of the first things I came across. I think it's important to remember that the things people say on social media should not be an exact reflection onto a given brand. A shocking number of people don't bother to check if their question already has an answer before going to ask someone, and it 90% of cases, the chances are that if they took just 20 seconds to check the website, they would find the answer to their question. An example of a personal experience seeing this was when I was at university, I was in a big facebook group chat which had everyone from my course in it- the sheer number of dumb questions that were asked in this group chat that really only deserved one answer "check your emails" was astonishing. In at least 9 out of 10 cases of people asking these questions, the answer had already been provided in previous communications sent to everyone from lecturers/the university, but these kids never bothered to check if their questions had already been answered. Presumably they either literally didn't bother picking up their emails, or they just skimmed over them without actually taking in the information, and then they would ACTUALLY be twiddling their thumbs and scratching their heads because they felt like they hadn't been told what to do, where to go, when to be places, what to bring, what to read beforehand, and so forth... I think the same thing applies here, people are lazy and don't bother looking for information, they would rather just ask someone else for the answer directly... I do agree with you that there aren't enough product photos on the website though, solely using the website it's basically impossible to gauge the physical size of _any_ of their products, going from a 500ml bottle to a 1.8ml bottle just looks like the ratios of the dimensions have changed, you don't get a sense that one is actually bigger than the other...
