Quick question, in this video you say goek3 is leg but I thought goek3 means foot and teoi2 is leg. Can goek3 mean both foot and leg?

Exactly! When we speak, we will simply say goek3 for everything related to our foot or leg. But when we see the doctor. Of course we'll say the part precisely.
