Totally agree. There are TWO reactions that are my favorite (I hope you're reading this Zyyhan, you'll get another big bump of subs if you react to my other favorite just like the bump you got with Morissette) to watch people react to for the first time. One of them is Mori, as we just saw, and by the way Zayyhan, you've seen nothing yet with Mori. She has quite a few tricks up her sleeve that you still need to check out in terms of vocal prowess. You were 1000% correct when you said she knows her voice VERY well. The other band I love watching people react to for the first time, which I REALLY hope Zayyhan checks out as I think she'll have a lot of fun and will have a huge smile the entire time she's reacting once the initial shock wears off lol, is Babymetal. I HIGHLY recommend checking Babymetal out Zayyhan. I think more people need to learn about these amazingly talented and humble Japanese ladies. Most of their songs have a positive message in them, they're VERY high energy, and they are a lot of fun. They LOVE their fanbase and they LOVE involving their audience into their songs. In fact they even consider the fans as part of the band... it's too bad we don't get the salary though! lol Anyhow, You don't look like a lady that listens to metal or rock, so for a first song I'd recommend maybe Megitsune Live (although the music video is also very good to watch), Catch me If You Can, or Metali. Metali was just released recently, so the girls will be a bit older now. When they first started back in 2010, the main vocalist was very young at only 14 and the 2 back up dancers/vocalists were only 12. Now the vocalist is 25. Anyhow, that is my recommendation. I'll be subbing in the hopes you check them out and so I can see you react to more Morissette. I'd also recommend checking out her singing I Wanna Know What Love Is Live MYX version. As for Mori being beautiful, well, you're no slouch either. You're very pretty as well, so no need to worry yourself about that lol
Finally you have come across an ARTIST who actually knows how and where to take a song and how it should be delivered, none of this bells and whistles nonsense, you dont mess with Morissette because you will come away with a bloody nose, she has the greatest tone, she has the most control, she the greatest performer, she gets your attention as soon as she opens her mouth but her stage craft is 2nd to none, she sings to express and not to Impress, shes not interested in all the fame and fortune, she just lives to sing and perform, theres too many so called artists that think they are a cut above but she is a cut above the rest by quite a long way, her recent co-written and co-produced material with her husband DAVE LAMAR are absolutely 1st class, i dare anyone to even try to cover her material, it would be impossible, shes in a league all of her own, the only one who can outdo MORISSETTE is MORISSETTE herself, i listen to her every day and have done for over 5yrs and boy does she brighten my day, im going to Italy next month to hopefully get to see her in concert if i can get tickets, fingers crossed 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

Congrats! You have just discovered the best vocalist in the business. You may think you could not be any more impressed after this performance, but I guarantee that your overall appreciation and amazement will grow and grow with every performance you watch. Morissete (aka Mori or Mowie) covers are better than the originals, and she also has started writing and producing her own incredible originals with her husband Dave Lamar. All 5 songs on her EP "Signature" are tremendous. Enjoy the journey!
Referring to her mouth movements - she has STUDIO SINGERS HEADPHONES MOUTH... It is common for singers, when singing to the backing track, to remove (or move slightly) one of the ear pieces such that they can hear their own voice better. Along with this - many (Morie included) will direct their mouth movement imperturbably towards the "open ear". This is usually because the engineer is UNABLE to get the latency close enough to 32ms or better. It's also done by some singers in live performances by blocking one ear completely to better allow them to hear their own voice over the backing band. Personally I think it makes her look even cuter.

Congrats! You have just discovered the best vocalist in the business. You may think you could not be any more impressed after this performance, but I guarantee that your overall appreciation and amazement will grow and grow with every performance you watch. Morissete (aka Mori or Mowie) covers are better than the originals, and she also has started writing and producing her own incredible originals with her husband Dave Lamar. All 5 songs on her EP "Signature" are tremendous. Enjoy the journey!
Referring to her mouth movements - she has STUDIO SINGERS HEADPHONES MOUTH... It is common for singers, when singing to the backing track, to remove (or move slightly) one of the ear pieces such that they can hear their own voice better. Along with this - many (Morie included) will direct their mouth movement imperturbably towards the "open ear". This is usually because the engineer is UNABLE to get the latency close enough to 32ms or better. It's also done by some singers in live performances by blocking one ear completely to better allow them to hear their own voice over the backing band. Personally I think it makes her look even cuter.
