Mariah is one of the few people who can be a diva and it is justified.
I think it is because she earned it.
It's not
@@jeremiahtray5621 it is
@@jeremiahtray5621 Well lets see: she has raw talent, she still sings as good as she did in her early days, she earned her fame the old fashioned way before social media existed, and she has more power in her vocals than Ariana Grande. It's justified.
It's unbelievable how many iconic moments she has had, and those shown there are not even 10% of how iconic she is.
I’m not a celebrity obsessed person whatsoever, I don’t even like Mariah’s music, but what I do value, is her indomitable persona, and how she manifests her own existence, without performing up to anyone. She’s definitely her own queen, with oodles of talent, so yes, I admire her immensely.
How anyone can not like her music I don’t know. Her melodies are so strong. Especially in her earlier hits.

Mariah epitomized the blueprint of mid-90s, early 2000’s fashion!
She basically invented y2k fashion with her rainbow era
I’ve seen her close up in person, and I have to say she’s one of the most beautiful and angelic-looking people I’ve ever seen. She has an aura about her. Even better, she’s earned her keep in her profession. A true once-in-a-lifetime, talented diva.
She does, she glows!!

i love that she focuses more on the moments and the memory that the specific look carries and signifies for her instead of the name or designer she wore, which is so iconic 🤍 what a true QUEEN.

MARIAH CAREY THE QUEEN
One thing I always loved about Mariah, she has so much respect and gratitude for her peers. No matter how talented she is and an accomplished artist, she'll always acknowledged how others might have influenced her
Not Mariah Ignoring Charmbracelet, e=mc2, MOAM and Caution era looks
I don’t think she selected the looks. I assume Vogue chose the ones they thought were major moments.
yea e=mc2 wasn't an iconic era looks wise. Her body was amazing but she mostly wore bodycon dresses.
I was just thinking why I felt like there weren't enough pictures. But at least they did butterfly justice 🤧
Those eras she probably looked the best besides butterfly and rainbow
Charmbracelet is still everything!!!
Mariah's late 90's style was excellent. I also love her early 00's looks too. Her skin was GLOWING during the Charmbracelet era.

Dear Mariah, when I was a little girl I totally fell for you. She embodies everything ethereal & divalicous. More number 1 hits than any solo artist in music. Period. Living legend 👑👑👑

She is extremely funny and it takes a keen person to understand her humor, but I get it! And I love it. It’s just so her!
I’m tired of people always putting her down for being her. This women has worked incredibly hard for everything she has. Leave her alone.
I agree. I die laughing at the things she says sometimes. You gotta have a sense of humor. I remember at a concert during the Rainbow tour( yes, I’m that old… I was 17 then), she made a mention that someone was smoking in the hall, both cigarettes and marijuana, and she said, “ Someone is smoking in here!” And, that same night, my mother and aunt, who drove my friends and I to the show, were sitting in the nosebleeds next to two ladies drinking and making out. My mother couldn’t see over them. And Mariah brought that up too. Was impressed she could see that high up. Lol 😂
Mariah Carey is the definition of Aries! She's a real life goddess!
When I was little my neighbor, who was like a grandmother to me, had a niece who worked at Sony. My neighbor was a seamstress so she got contracted to make many outfits and costumes for Mariah. I would be her little manikin and try them on while she was creating them and sashay around. I was always a vocalist as well and trained in opera and musical theater, and as a suburban New Yorker who can hit those high notes and he’s known as a diva, Mariah has always held a very dear spot in my heart.
If you can’t detect the sarcasm in her voice during the comedic diva moments then that’s on you. This was hilarious. 😂
