Is there a part number for the large specialty socket?

I can’t get my rotors to suck tight to the hub. I tried putting the tapered lug nuts on backwards and using an air impact to suck them tight, but the rotor still wobbles. I also tried a hammer and a 1/2 extension. Do I just need to get a a bigger punch and a bigger hammer? I the studs pretty good with a 3 pound sledge and it is still loose

which direction does the tapered bearing go? wider surface towards engine or??

Does the tapered bearing go tapered side towards truck? Or facing you?
