The start is good. I did a couple of buildings with my friend in the brrrgh in a low invasion and got max xp for lure EVERY building in only 2 floors and still had gags remaining.
Pajama place is better because the buildings have more cogs in them, in lullaby, they're less cogs. For example, if you do a 5 story in pajama you'll get 2 cogs first floor and maybe around 3 cogs 2nd floor 4 cogs 3rd floor, 4 - 5 cogs 4th floor and usually around 7 cogs last floor. Much more convenient for training. But on lullaby, it's the casual 1 cog 1st floor, 2 cog 2nd floor, 3 cogs 3rd floor, 3 - 4 cogs 4th floor and 4 - 5 cogs last floor. So in my opinion, the best thing to do is get a friend to summon a 5 story for you on pajama, It's much more helpful and get more points in pajama!
Here's my best way to train (for maxing Ubers): 5 stories only in high level cog invasion. Not Flunky or Telemarketers invasions, I mean Robber baron, bean counters, mingler, ect. Its pretty risky especially for a toon with 35 laff. My big toon has gone sad once while my Uber was training Lure (Yes, the Uber made it out alive). Difn't have any unites left (wasted 8 on uber throughout other buildings... yeah, sometimes I use when I'm scared my uber will die, even though it doesn't even aim for the uber...) amd i never get tu sos (Don't usually shop/Vp a lot) Lure all cogs except one (use low level gag to unstun so it doesn't take make extra damage and you might be able to hit more depending on gag) Use highest level gag when cog is in the red meaning you'll be able to throw an extra gag for squirt/throw/drop/sound. That's for throw, squirt, drop and sound (leave one cog only for sound using same technique). For Toon up leave one cog unstunned and let each other take damage and turn until either your higher level toon takes too much damage and is low (not being able to tu at all) or until your uber is out of Toon up. For lure leave one cog to double lure (if your Uber has lower Lure example: Big magnet little magnet, 3$/1$ bill 10$ bill) or have your higher toon sound to unstun while your uber is luring for quicker process. That's my technique.

you just got a bday cake. (or cloud) the max amount of points is 300. you need 4000 points to max. bring a bunch of throw. And use nothing but that in a bldg. (preferably 5) repeat about 14 times and you're done. helps with the old man task!
+granolabear1 Sometimes toon up "misses" that's when it heals less laff then normal. You will not get xp when toon up misses. It can be a bit of a pain
I have 112 laff currently with everything maxed but drop... which is at lv 4. I hate training it and it misses 1/3 times when i do train. follow up video?

I train like crazy in TTI. People in TTR have 61 laff and dont have the gags I have. Proof. Laff=57 Toonup: Level 3 Trap= None Lure=Level 5 Sound= Level 5 Throw and squirt: Level 6 Drop= none. Heres what some people have for their 5 gag tracks in TTR that are on Final Task of Brrrgh which is above me. ToonUp=2 Lure=3 Sound=4 Throw=5 Squirt=5 Most of what I did was for tasks. Proof people in TTR do not train that hard. Now, they go to VP and beg for people to invite them. Real annoying. My TTR is decent. Laff=84 Toonup=5 Trap=3 Lure=5 Sound= Maxed Throw= Maxed Squirt = Maxed.
***** I get that. In TTI I see loads of high toons having bad gags nowadays. Now I am 87 laff, I get killed in VPs and CFOs in TTI most of the time because of some skills and gags, in TTI it's tricky, as no one is active so we just have to invite toons with bad gags. Lol much true, loopygoopy, a great Toontown TH-camr had 5 tracks, all of them but throw and squirt were level 4, and those two were level 5, and he went in a VP like that, Me, I set goals for my gags and I make myself meet them before moving to another neighborhood By the end of TTC: Level 4 all gags By the end of DD: All 4 tracks level 5 By the end of DG and before I ever attempt a VP: All level 6 gags By the end of MML: 4 gags maxed, new one at level 5 By the end of the brrrgh: 4 tracks maxed, one at level 6, new one at level 5. By the time I do a CFO: All maxed. It's very tedious and I would recommend training in small doses, doing it all day makes the game feel boring and can make you not play for a long time, so, 2 hours of training per day.
I know this comment is late, but HE'S TRAINING TU. What's the use of just killing him when this is a smart technique. It'll help get his tu high really fast, if you just kill him you could loose up to 200 xp (if in 5 story building on last floor)
My fav way to train is to go to a cold caller invasion or any other low level cog invasions then do a 4-5 story building.

A tip about training toon-up, have the other person bring bike horns or squirting flowers so they can aggro the cogs

if you have a friend who can help you train all they need to do is squirt first and that will stun the cog and your drop will never miss. :)
get someone who will stun for you and then someone with maxed drop to drop with you; my drop never missed when i trained like that
