- Pretty different from the HD version!
In this scenario, Yodit must complete her conquest of Ethiopia by taking the capital of Aksum. You have armies on each side of the map, and must take down several towers throughout the city - all the while staving off Gidajan's counterattacks.

This one was pretty straightforward. I was able to boom both TCs west and east and protect them with castles. Found two of the Blue camps and got some trade going. Red started building a wonder down south (they only had two vils on it so it would take forever to go up) so I pushed on from the west and trebbed down Aksum's six towers quite easily. I don't even know if Red could defeat you by completing their wonder. Tbh, this was one of the easiest levels of the entire campaign. Pretty anticlimactic.
I didn't realise they made significant changes to the AK campaigns :D
they remade half of everything some of it for no reason at all
Oh okay, now I need to see a dog video.
playing this on moderate, and in the 11th minute, my eastern camp gets swarmed by red cavaliers and mounted archers, how do u avoid making them attack?
I was wondering the same. Ornlu got attacked-weakly-once. Crazy. Even Ornlu was like-it seems like they attack earlier than this. Ornlu plays on hard and I do moderate for 80% and Hard about 15%. Made no sense how red attacked him minimally here
First, I know I'm late.
Second, if you move the fight where it hurts the AI opponent, then they may focus to defend Aksum. Make sure to build a good defense, though. Let your guard down and you'll get your base stormed.
I beat it on hard. I had 2 archery ranges and 4 barracks in both camps. Took all the time to build up and I only used Skirms, Halbs, Trebs and the units I started with. I first went for the wonder and destroyed red's (both of them) bases.
Had like 20k food by the end of it.
Nice guides, keep up the good job.
Buena batalla, Ornlú. Un video muy divertido y didáctico. Gracias.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
The Corgi Chronicles are always fun
1:28
Yea, but after you burned the Orthodox church of your own people two scenarios ago you kinda get used to it.
Ornlu: are we the baddies?
Need pics of dash.
thanks for the videos, would you please also give some more historical info regarding the campaign or civs while playing?
23:10 is exactly why I prefer trebs to siege rams :D
Same, but Siege Rams do make a point because they cost much less gold and wood is usually not a problem.
I just spammed halbs and elite skirms with a few trebs all the scenarios. And it worked.
lol the dog again :D
İ dont remember this campain on hd edition🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
They completely changed it. The HD version was more difficult
Why is it Ornlu did two markets??
Dash cam or riot!
Way too easy. They should make you defeat the red bases too. Ot start the wonder earlier. Rush a castle in each base and then take towers down with rams and trash
I don't even have the same map.
This campaign being 3 swords and pachacuti being 2 is absolute nonsense.
I hate what they did with this level, I much prefer the old version.
Me too. The HD version was actually worthy of a campaign finale, this level, not so much. It is too easy.
What was the old version like?
@@hahaureadmyname imagine a ginormous map with few resources. in it a giant city with super tight streets. enemy 3d prints units faster than you can kill them. the game's pathfinding was always terrible but with so many objects on the map it constantly looses track gets stuck in empty fields units forget to attack units can't find the way. there only one way in the walls are immortal and it's a giant labyrinth, after which you have to destroy the base with defences that prints units instantly. it took hours
@@tsartomato sounds extremely tedious
@@hahaureadmyname kinda. but also kinda epic as opposed to sniping some towers with trebs
