Kinda of needing this video, Im 14 and definitely hitting growth soon, always want to start early in my food portion and choices also including jumping higher.
Great topic, one of the things I struggle with most. My stomach is super sensitive so I have to be careful with what I eat, one bad thing can throw off my whole day.
I was gonna make a video on with the ball bounce n how to get better at jumping with the ball on my other channel I really want your insight as well ❤❤❤on that matter alley vs dribble n how to improve.. me personally was going to experiment but u have the now knowledge
How much protein should a vegetarian eat? Considering efficacy of amino acids are lower typically from a day to day consumption. I don't eat eggs or fish either personally due to culture/religion
Okay so if session (lifting or dunking) is 12 pm or earlier I don’t eat just have caffeine. If a lifting session is at 2 for example I’ll eat normally an hour prior, but dunking I’ll have something very small and carbohydrate dense maybe a spoonful or two of honey or sometimes some candy depending on what’s available. I don’t like to feel full when I dunk. When I lift I can push through fullness.
@@juhbellHow tall are you? And how much do you weigh? What is your daily calorie expenditure? How active are you on average? How accurately is your tracking? There are many many factors to consider. For me, 2200 is a deficit of about .75 lbs a week. 2000 is more like 1 lb a week. I’m 5’9” 190 lbs, and my daily expenditure is roughly 2500, so a 2000 calorie diet is 3500 calories off (one pound off) per week. Also, 1-2 lbs per week isn’t too fast, most people won’t continue to lose at that rate as they get leaner. 2000 is doable.
@@troliskimosko 5’10, 180lbs, 8-9% bodyfat, I’m on thp so very similar workload as Austin. By the way I’m not saying 2000 calories is too fast, just that I would be very surprised if 2000 calories is only a 200 calorie deficit
That’s out of context lol. He was just saying that sometimes athletes have good performances and might feel healthier if they had a few drinks the day before because it helps them loosen up more. Like how a drunk driver is actually more likely to survive a car accident because on impact they’re much looser rather than tensing up. But no one is arguing that alcohol is healthy, or that it isn’t a depressant. Everything in moderation and in certain contexts.

At 40, ive realized i cant eat anything random, i stick to what i know and only take risks on that 1 day a month.
His diet is a basketball? That's commitment
Austin said he doesnt eat before workouts, does that include dunk sessions.
And if so, does he have some candy or a sports drink beforehand?

Hey guys, i have a serious question: How can we deal with losing absolute strength during a cut?
Take a shot everytime I say “ummm”
Austin would 2000 calories not be a pretty significant deficit? When I’ve eaten 2200 a day I lose at least 1-2 pounds a week

Hi , I sprained my ankle yesterday and I wanna keep on training, what do you advise me to do ?
train upper body
Honey Nut Cheerios just went up in stocks after this video released
so basically, you're all eating around the minimum recommended amount of protein and stay in a slight calorie deficit all the time?
Hate to burst your bubble but Honey bunches of oats is sugary cereal
True, but is it as bad as Cinnamon Toast and Frosted Flakes?
Honey is antioxydant
industrial sugar is not
Good honey*
Any food above 10g sugar per serving I consider a "sugary food"
he jumps almost 5 feet in the air i think he’ll be alright😂
Let’s go

If it's not springs and bouncy balls then you're really selling.
