Thank you so much for this, I don't think there is a better script anywhere for the Akai Fire, your image line forum post is accurate, no cap, you've created the best script, I've paired thie MPK mk3 mini (my keys aren't working on the MPK but pads and knobs work) and made my own chromatic presets for the pads with the last 2 programs being for FPC and slicex just for velocity sensitive pad control, its a shame the fire never got a better velocity control but easy enough to work around :)
Duuuuude.... I never check the fl forums. I got the fire a couple years ago. To try performance stuff and it's not my jam. It's been sitting in my closet. This... Is exactly what I need. So awesome. Going to be experimenting with this tonight . I really think this will make my work flow way more organized. By chance. Have you made printable button maps? So I can keep those sheets on my desk while I remember?
This is a fantastic script, I tried it out but it keeps freezing up on me. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or an update feature. Either way I still think it's great. Good work.
Is it possible to provide a link to a project 'template' (or at least a flp) of a project with the colors, labels, etc as used in the video to help me get setup? I could setup some of the video project settings myself, but I don't know how to configure the Fire for my project. The video's don't match any project I have which is confusing for the setup and tutorial. I think a template would really help the rest of us get up to speed. Looks really nice.
Yooooo, Why not revamp the old warbeats site and turn it into something bigger? Would be HUGE in todays society of producers. There literally is no site where producers can build and connect at besides your old site. BRING IT BACK!
