- After unboxing and building this Tamiya Renault R35, I set to work designing and printing a trench skid that has far more detail than any kit part I've seen.

Beautiful job. Consider on the tracks and running gear to make them one unit by glueing together. Then stick them on”bang” all at once when you are at the painting/weathering stage that you want. Not all tracked vehicles are able to use this method, just thought this looked like one. Learned from Night Shift. Hope that’s ok to say.
Great point! I've tried it on other models, Nightshit makes everything look easier than it is!😂At least my plan is to cover all the tracks and running gear in mud!
Nice work, congratulations.
Thanks so much Felix.
Are you making the design available? That is an impressive piece of work.
Thanks Mike. I'm still deciding on how to share my STL. files. That is the plan eventually though!
@@mattockmodels what printer do you use, if I may ask? Thinking of getting one myself. Same problem as you mentioned. Plasticard to thick. And if you use the scale thickness, it warps! Once again, lovely job
@@mikesnow5890 It's and Elegoo Mars 2 mono. I've been very happy with it.
Can you share the blueprints of the trench skid? Thank you and bravo!
I'm working on making the STL. file available in the beginning of the new year. Thanks for watching.
Did you ever make the stl file available? Thanks.
