I have some queries: Q1. Why you created multiple pages when you are doing mail merge? if you already created multiple pages then what is the use of mail merge? Q2. when I creat single page and start mail merger some records duplicates?
I manually do so by manually set a limit of the number of records per page, and list all records that I want to be in one page in one row. E.g. I create a template consist of Company Name and a table of 5 rows. Then in file Data there will be 11 columns: company name, first name_r1, last name_r1, first name_r2, last name_r2,... and so on; leave the columns without people empty (sorting will help grouping people of the same company together, then cut paste). So after mail merging, I have one page with Magic Monk together with 2 rows with name and 3 empty rows, the next page has Mars together with 1 row with name and 4 empty rows. If there are more than 5 people in a same company then I need to set the rest in another row for another page though. I'm not satisfy with it, but at least it's a workaround. Or you can make use of the Next Record method in this video with empty rows and manual marking (preset number of records per page; sorting in Data; set people in the same company with marks: 1_1, 1_2,...; use IF function to create another table consisting all marks: 1_1, 1_2,.., 1_5, 2_1,.., 2_5, 3_1,...; use VLOOKUP to fill in the new table based on the marks; mail merge using the new table).
Hey, I'm trying to make a marksheet using mail merge.. but there is one issue. There are Six subjects and the condition is - least marks scored by the student is not calculated for Percentage and that subject is supposed to be in the last row. How can I do that? All the data is ready but when mail merging, the subject row wont be static and will be different for each student depending on the marks scored. Plz help

but what if you only want everyone at magic monk at one page and everyone in a specific company in their own page?
I'm not 100% positive but I think if you set it up in excel the way you want it you should be fine.

Is there a way to auto size text so it shrinks to fit a set cell size?

Hello if ever i try the next record and then preview the results then i dont see anything it is just blanks
When I use multiple names on one page, then tend to repeat and shift when I add a second page. How do I correct it so it doesnt shift?
