    so I added the button but it won't allow me to click it to take me to the intake form. Please help!!!

    If you offer more than one service, is it possible to have a specific form for each service category?

      Yes absolutely. You'll create your services first. When you go to create your intake form you'll see along the sidebar all your different appointment/service types. You can select the services you want sent with that form. You can then create as many different forms as you like and select the services for each form. Hope that's clear!

    Where do I find the url code for the intake form?

      There's no URL code. It'll automatically be included in confirmation/reminder emails for appointment types that you've selected that intake form be for. Is that what you mean?

      Hello, I have the same question. What form will they see when they click the button I didn’t see the actual form.
