This family put a lot of work into editing and presenting you with this helpful video about BPF. Love also how he says fan-tay-jah. Locals pronounce it fan-ta-see-ya lol. One thing to point out as we have been there many times to the complex itself and fantasia 6 times , is that AMBAR,AQUAMARINE, are adults only resorts in bahia complex. Even if you wanted to go through for a stroll for a look thru you are welcome, however no kids, under 18 allowed, even if its just a scenic run thru. YA I KNOW THAT SUCKS. As well we jsut got back 2 months ago and Esmerelda is now luxury only, meaning that is also not accessible unless you have VIP bracelet. We get VIP bracelets as we have been to bahia resorts many times, but still will not allow me to bring my 14 year old daughter over to Ambar side, or Aquamarine, however we do have access to all amenities of esmerelda as its not 18 plus.

@@juliadaynega117 yes, we just came back on Saturday. It was fantastic. Good service, good food, days and evenings entertainments. Not crowded, a lot of available chairs to lay down by the pool and on the beach. Even it has been raining for 2 days we still spent time in the pool, water is very warm. I recommend it. But mostly it’s for the families with kids not for Adults only because no casinos, no night life.
@catherineworon1129 I believe it was 8PM every night. There is a schedule at the front desk where you can take a look to see all events being held for that week.

Great video man. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S
@stevenschindler8342 I would recommend you to request that at the front desk so they can give a suite on the ground floor. There are no elevators, unfortunately, so it is better to be on the ground floor.
It is a bad resort. We just got back and do your research before picking a resort. This hotel is a 4 star not a five star. The staff are not friendly. And the food is average. You don't have access to all the resorts on the property. And you have to walk where the trolly picks you up. And they hardly go to fantasia resort. The family just walked rather than trying to find a ride. The security will turn you away if you don't have the right band. The beach is wonderful in all ways but get there early because the seats will be gone. This is a honest review and save your money please. We travel a lot to all inclusive resorts and this one is not even in our top 20 resorts. Please stay away. Please to the guy that did this review make sure you get the facts straight before you give the wrong information.
Oh my goodness. Now you're making me not want to book. We were supposed to go this October! What is a family friendly resort that you would recommend that is all-inclusive? I have a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old!
@JourneyToSelf-Love9 Do you want to stay in the DR? We ran into a family at the airport, and they said they love dreams. But we love the iberostar hotel chain. We stay with them in Mexico and Jamaica 🇯🇲 and we love them. They go beyond to make your trip special. We only pick fantasia because we wanted to try something new. But it backfired on us. We are going in November 24 to stay at dreams in the DR. I hope you have a safe trip
@@JourneyToSelf-Love9I’m at fantasia right now that guy is wrong there is lots of stuff for kids and adults they play fun games with everyone bars everywhere even in the pool everyone is very friendly here and lots of shows and hotels are good mabye the only bad thing is the bed mattress it’s a bit hard but that does not change the experience at all I still fall asleep in 5min 20/10 resort recommended. There’s way more stuff I can say tell me if you want to hear it

They have ramps when going from one place to another within resort. But there is no elevators.

Unfortunately, there were no halal food options. But lots of veggie and seafood to choose from!

Yes. You can request at the room service and they will bring whole milk for you

Yes, the snack bar has non-alcoholic drinks too 😊 e.g non alcoholic pinocolada and other coconut drinks and etc.

Ambar is an adult only resort within the Bahia Principe complex
