You are setting the gold standard for bassline tutorials Greg! Another 10/10! How about the bass from ‘willin” the Linda Ronstadt version? Much appreciated.
I play mostly by ear and I found out that I was pretty much on the same page as you, note wise, I depend more on my ability to know my fret board rather than being totally tab dependent , this lesson was very helpful as well as informative at the bridge thank you. 😊
@@GregsBassShed I truly enjoy your channel I've learned Wonderful tonight, and was able to play it for my wife before we went out to a party and she loved it , I know a little bit 🌽😁 just wanted to share that true bass moment, practice does make your playing better, which I do a lot any way thank you for your channel⭐
@@GregsBassShed True that G I love my BaSS. I'm hooked on it. I wake up with it on my Fender on my chest after have fallen to sleep from practicing late. BaSS is my drug of choice I want to learn all I can😆 Kool cat is a great song, dig on the that monster 💀 riff

Cheers Paul. I suggest using Bb’s on the 6th fret of the E string for the verse instead of 1st fret on the A string. It’s up to you though. I’m pretty sure that’s what you mean on the PDF?
Great suggestion Mike, I’ll put that on the list. I’m currently making a ‘Birth Of British Blues’ course so I’ll need some extra TH-cam lessons to release around the time of the course launch. This will fit in nicely. www.gbshed.com/birth-of-british-blues

Greg, another great video and lesson but can I ask is the tab at the start correct as you have 11 then moving to 6 fret on E string?
Cheers Paul.
