Poor Amy. She was going through the trials of hell, and nobody helped her. Even her dad let her down. I was living just round the corner from Amy and when she came into the Hawley arms the whole place lit up. The day the news broke, a strange hush fell over Camden. I guess in a way we knew it was coming, but never thought it would be so soon. That day a bright star left Earth and joined the others in the sky.
Originally the video showed the gravestone which read "R.I.P. The heart of Amy Winehouse". After her death in 2011, they removed that part from the video.
Ahhh dear Amy was such an incredible gift from the universe that the world chewed up and spit out. It still hurts my heart. I loved her so much. She was my favorite 💙
I love this song and Amys voice, but there is a very good cover version from the band maneskin. Damianos special voice fits so perfect to this song, Amy would have loved it fpr sure!
Beautiful, thoughtful job. She was an outrageous talent. I don't doubt you "need to process that"--heavy content, heavy backstory. I urge you to watch, but only after watching Amy perform "Cupid" at 2007 Glastonbury to lighten your load, what I feel is her best and most tragic singing ever: "Take the Box" (her song) at Porchester Hall, also 2007. Both entire shows are worth the effort, but Porchester is sad while Glastonbury is joyous.
Apparently this song has been streamed 1 billion times, or has a billion views. She has an incredibly soulful voice. Another member of the 27 club (those who died at 27) with Buddy Holly, Janis Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix, Jim Morrison.
Great artist... sad story. New Music you said, try Automatic Sun with The Warning Live from EMA 2024... A bit iolder but still relevant "7 Seconds" that is a song performed by Senegalese singer-songwriter Youssou N'Dour and Swedish singer-songwriter Neneh Cherry.
I've been wanting to recommend a young singer to you, but haven't because of the type of music you've been reviewing. However, after this review I thought it was a good time to do so, because the singer is always being compared to Amy Winehouse...even when the singer was 9 or 10 years old. The singer's name is Angelina Jordan. She won Norway's Got Talent at the age of eight and is now eighteen. She actually covered this Amy Winehouse song when she was ten years old. She changed some of the lyrics to make them more age appropriate. Many think Angelina could be a once in a generation singer. One of her most iconic performances is when she was nine. She covered the classic 1956 song called I Put A Spell On You. Many people your age know the song from the film Hocus Pocus. Angelina also did the arrangement of the song. Angelina has a huge fan base who would love to see you review this. Thanks from Boston, MA....I've been enjoying your reviews for some time now. Here's the link to 'Spell'. It has 12 million views. th-cam.com/video/nwFloCPXzCs/w-d-xo.html
Can you try Rod Stewart Maggie May (live unplugged) Ron Wood acoustic guitar (Rolling Stones & Faces) both men are two time members of the Rock & Roll hall fame. Maggie May was number one in Europe & USA in 1971🎸🔥

such a talent......she died with 28........fantastic artist
Filmed at Abney Park Cemetery Stoke Newington, North London UK.
Her acoustic cover of the song Valerie is sooo good. Great reaction!! 😊
The brilliant and still sadly missed Amy. RIP. Such a tragic story, such a wonderful, generational talent gone way too soon. God bless her 💔
You have to check out Amy's "The Day She Came to Dingle", it is almost spiritual. It captures her talent and her fragility.
The greatest female singer of the last 50 years.
Ahhh dear Amy was such an incredible gift from the universe that the world chewed up and spit out. It still hurts my heart. I loved her so much. She was my favorite 💙

A Beautiful And Tortured Soul. R.I.P. Amy.
Thanks for watching
I recommend the documentary that they made about her in 2015. Even though it's not the FULL story,it's still way better than the movie(biopic).
Great choice ... 🎶🎶🎶🎶🤘🎼🤘🎶🎶🎶🎶
Very powerful.
Check out the documentary from 2015. The amount of alcohol and variety of drugs she used was insane.

You should listen to Amy winehouse Valery the live acoustic version her voice is unreal! Love your reactions btw 👌🏼
And those missing words are “dick” and “blow”. Why we can’t hear them as grown adults I have no idea!
The movie is so good!
you need to listen to her first live performances eg 2003 stronger or on jonathan ross show
Amy was a hunted soul...💔💔
Should check out Allie Sherlock cover of Valerie the closest sound to Amy of the young up and coming singers imo.
Please, please react to Jeff Beck and Imelda May "Walking in the Sand" Live Les Paul tribute.
Nice song, too bad it was censored.
Please react to Amy Winehouse-Take The Box.
Joan Armatrading / down to zero
So sad, she was a diva.

Yeah, she is part of the 27 club. 😒
She came and went too fast❤
No audio. You and the song
Is black meaning Heroin? Crazy world! Let's hope Trump makes things better 😢
Drug addiction...such a waste of talent!
