Hello Mr.TieDye, I'm a fan of your art and techniques! I've been inspired to create a tie dye recently by watching you and other fantastic artist's like yourself. It's been really fun and fascinating! This one is Incredible to me :) So many piece's here make me want to try my hand at them, it's a really cool feeling and I've yet to do or make Anything,hahaha. How cool.
I'm going to my cousin's on vacation next month and he has a 9 year old daughter that I plan on turning into a tie dye princess while I'm there, lol. I figure we can try all kinds of stuff. Like a pillow case, a sun dress, a pair of sweat pants, who knows? We're certain to have a blast! And I'm definitely coming home with a new hobby and Epic piece of My Own. Wahooo, thx again :)
Oh yeah...I plan on making a pair of white bib overalls into a people stopper, haha, and completely unique artwork using ideas utilizing your techniques ,how to's and general tips and tricks that you so kindly share with us all along the way in your tutorials. Hello Sir. We havebeen making shirts a few weeks. We have the acoustic guitar design down. We are trying to fold a Stratocaster style electric guitar. Having some trouble with the arms at the top. Can you give it a try so we might learn how to get around the knob shaped arms?

yeah the guitars that are not symmetrical are way more difficult to fold.... I did a few where I folded the top and to bottom differently and lined them up best I could and I got the general shape .... but my fingers cannot handle those tiny little folds anymore
the other way I have done them is to stitch them, and this way I just did the whole thing flat out so I could get more detail in there.... here is one of them I did that way : facebook.com/photo?fbid=10219166863342745&set=a.10219097217201635

Great video. I'm going to try it with an electric or a flying v. Do you think you could do a video explaining your process in detail ie shirt prep, dye prep, batching, rinsing and washing? I've picked up several great tips from different videos of yours but to have most of those in one video would be great. What I'm really curious about is batching. I get the process I just dont under the reason fully. Love your videos. Keep up the great work. ✌🌱💚

Are they special markers?

just washable markers.... I use Crayola brand or Cra-Z-Art and both seems to work fine and wash out at the end
