Excellent presentation! Explaining operations using a formal wiring diagram is the best way to teach as it gives us an overview of system components, theory of operation, and where to look for malfunction repair.
I am about to try to repair a water dispenser for our local donation store, where they say the water was actually boiling from an overheat condition. I guess the first place to look is the temperature limiter, based on your presentation.
Thanks for your very professional presentation! It is a big help...

    How many ampera Fuse.ac input

It depends upon the make and capacity (Litres Per Hour) of the dispenser. The dispenser discussed in this video is having total wattage of 605 Watts and this is operated on 230 VAC. Current can be calculated approx. 605/230 = 2.6 Amps. As the dispenser is having compressor which takes high starting current, so according the fuse current to be selected as 4 Amps. So depending upon wattage of dispenser calculate the ac fuse current rating.

@@roshansinchuri3897As per description details of this hot water dispenser, its hot water temperature is more than 90 C. So there will be temperature control device which will disconnect the power when required temperature is reached. It can be used for continuous operation and also please confirm it from the user manual.
