God bless all foreigners that have travelled abroad to make a decent living for their families. Leaving families behind in their native homeland and making such sacrifices isn’t easy. Keep up the good work, everyone loves hot nan bread.
It will be really proud if our own country would have provided an opportunity..We need to appreciate the foreign country for providing the opportunity.
A guy that simply knows what he is doing, not a wrong step anywhere. Just one of those naans with some curry/chillie sauce would do me fine. Kudos our kid x
oh my god its so expensive here in australia. Minimum price for a naan is $3 and not match the quality of that gentlemen is providing there in UK and size as well.....Brother Lord Krishna Always bless you with Good Business
Naan originate in Mesopotamia in modern day Iraq and was popular throughout middle east and was bought to India by Delhi sultanate and spread throughout India Something similar to naan is made in indus valley and harappan (modern day Pakistan and some NW of india)
Once had an Iraqi kebab in either Ashdod or Ashkelon in Israel. Best kebab I've ever had, with freshly made bread too. Those breads look absolutely amazing.
I watched this late at night and all I could think about was the variety of food I’d like to wrap up in those naans! Looked awesome, and that man has some fantastic skills.
Ahhh this gives me such beautiful memories of my time in oman! They would make these in almost every locality, you'd get 10 of these for half a pound. And we got a cheese(just one) one which goes for half a pound as well. Lovely cuisine!! ❤️
ONG I have actually been to this place when I was travelling from Australia. fantastic bread very tasty 😋 I wish I could travel again. Maybe when Covid 19 is over.
Thanks for sharing this video. Hounslow High Street is great for food! I will check this place out when I’m there next. The last time I ventured out, I enjoyed a falafel wrap as a starter for £1.50 ... walked to the next joint and had chicken biryani and rice for £3 followed by dessert which consisted for a beautiful Polish Ice Cream which I could not finish..... Three course meal for about £6 🤣🤣🙌🏽🙌🏽
This guy is a Kurd, you will find such bakers on every street corner in Kurdistan. We have a Kurdish saying: leave the bread for the baker and the butcher his meat.
You'd be surprised by how cheap making a huge bulk of dough is. Hell they might not even make the dough themselfs. Then the company who makes it makes thousands of pounds at a time. Making it extremely cheap.
@@4ickyy but he sells at as low as 33p, and this doesn't cover equipment, utilities, packaging and labour cost. He is running a tight operation. Kudos 👍
@@t8506 the heavy gas use, rent, business rates, VAT etc, tbh I actually charge 10 times more for a plain naan in a restaurant. It sucks to make 30 naans to make only £10 gross when you factor in the time too. I hope for their sake they make ends meet
£5??? I’d be embarrassed paying that. It’s a tenner at least. God bless them. Bloody foreigners coming over here and giving us their wonderful food at really cheap prices.
To all the people commenting the price is too cheap, well the baker is muslim and Islam cares about the poor. The quality is excellent and the prices are affordable so that even the poorest families can afford to eat and feed their families. Thank you.

I'm amazed by the craftsmanship, how he works it is a true form of art - simple and humble. I wish I would be a neighbor of this bakery.
Making them not difficult just need a bit practice even you can make them in your oven tray.
Pure skill. That is so impressive how he makes them so fast. Can’t believe how cheap they are aswell
I genuinely hope he makes a living out of it. Looks pretty good bread.
Can tell they are good honest hardworking guys.
3 for a pound? That's even cheaper than decent restaurant in India. Awesome
Oh decent

He works the dough and makes it look easy, you can tell he's been doing this a long time .

That Naan is very common here in Kurdistan region in Iraq, like on the corner of every street. They sell it here 8 Naans for less than a $1 US dollar.

Next time before i fly back to India ,surely I will pick some from him, his skill is awesome.
I’d be eating that bread everyday! Yum!
That's too cheap price he's charging, to be in London. Looks delicious.
He's in Hounslow, not exactly London, they are priced to sell, know good charging the earth and only selling 6 a day..
It's not too cheap. If that was the case he'd be out of business. His costs are about right and he's making a healthy profit.
It will be 3 naan @ 80 Rs in India & much costly
Super market naan I shit he his a hit

They can't make that much profit on these in London? Rent, taxes, gas, flour. I applaud them.

It’s part of the restaurant next door. Good business model, they already make the bread so why not open up the kitchen and add extra income.
@@Plague_Doc22 Very true. Flour is cheap. Heck even at Costco prices calculated each naan by weight it's costing 15p max per naan.

This shop is in Hounslow high street by school road junction..
Wow! £1 for 3. Where I live you would pay £2.95 for a small naan. Great video
Thank you for letting us know location. I cannot wait to try. Looks delicious 👍
