The story behind the 2st long song Is the next:
KAC Kenitra is a club in marocco. In the past a group of their support visited a match in the capital, most of them were young boys. Their believes and ideas were again the political views and they shown it by mean of banners and songs. During that visit their was an attack on them while they were in the away stands, local police didn't protect them! They were attack with weapon like knives, hammers etc. Many were killed. After it happened they tried to get those guilty to get sentence but found they plea neglected cause of corruption. It was orgastrated by the government. That's why they are so out spoken in their lyrics. They hate their government and the club where it all happened.

أنا مشجع من مشجعين النادي القنيطري موراء هده الأغنية هو أن الشرطة خرجة بقانون يمنع الأولتراس ويريدون أن يجعلوهم جمعيات تابعة لهم ودالك قام بإغداب الجماهير المغربية وتفقو علا جملة واحدة "الأولتراس لن تحل.

The 09/09 is a law that banned ultras from getting in the stadiums. It only lasted one year. We fought back for our rights and we got them back!

09/09 It is a chapter in Moroccan law.. it criminalizes the act of ultras

I'm not 100% sure, but what I understand about the long chant. It's about Morocco penal code 09-09, which is how I understand it is, that the goverment are trying to turn down freedom of speech. Apperently these Moroccan fans often use political statements in their chants... As I said, I can be wrong. If someone with more knowledge could fill me in, let us know.

The empty seats at the ground level is the security buffer around the ultras. Some stadiums apply this rule.

For the second chant, I am not quite sure about the context in detail. But they explicitly said that they were oppressed, treated like pests. So what I mean is, people said separate sports and politic. But one thing for sure, it won't and it can't. Because live sports event is the only platform for some groups of people to convey their message/perspective/point of view without any censorship. For example from US, you already remember the " let's go Brandon" Chant

The second chant is from Kenitra, Morocco; I remember that chant was written after some riot broke out in an away game, and authorities couldn't protect nor tried to protect the guest crowd. after some human life casualties and many injuries and many many court cases, nothing happened, if anything The fans of Kenitra (the ones singing) got more fines and felt basically swept under the rug, and this was their only way to let their voices be heard without them spending nights in prisons (you can seriously vanish without a trace if you spout stuff like this outside of a large group like that.) the team is in 3rd division now because of going against the "Gods", and they wouldve disbanded it if they could but too much heat.

Good Reaction,as usual,my friend but the other Ultras Greatest Chants are better because they are shorter and there are far more of them from all different Countries.
This one featured too long on that one song and on another version of this the editor cut it down to one minute.
