So happy for you! I love that you are so open about a different season of life and the need to slow down and take time for YOU! I know I am a recovering "ON ALL THE TIME KIND OF TEACHER". I love teaching (18+ years and counting), but it's very hard to live life outside of this career if you aren't intentional about doing so. Keep sharing and I appreciate you!
First. just wanted to say that I absolutely love your channel and as a primary school teacher in training, it's just truly inspiring and I love all the hacks you give
No matter what you do with your life, I will FOREVER watch your videos! ♥️ I love listening to your voice, love how organized you are, and the amazing ideas you have. My “temptation bundling” includes listening to your videos and podcasts while working ✨
These last 3 years have taught me that my life is the most important thing to me. Not my career. Redefining that for myself has free'd up a lot of my time. I still do the same type of planning, I still teach state standards but I took time suckers from my daily job/ life. Time blocking is huge for me too!
Your videos are always so motivating and inspiring. I have been teaching for 25 years and since covid, I have been DROWNING in work and feel like a first year teacher all over again. It's been so hard to focus on anything other than keeping my head afloat and this video really gave me some perspective and ideas on how to create more balance. You may no longer be in the classroom, but you are still teaching. You were born to do this. Thank you.
I so agree that scheduling recurring events in your digital calendar is very helpful. There have been several times that I would have missed an event had I not scheduled all occurrences ahead of time. Thanks for an awesome video, as usual!
You are just such an inspiration in so many ways! I love every video you post! You are making a difference in my life and the way I go through it! I went back and received my masters in Instructional Technology because you inspired me and even got a job before I graduated this past December! Thank you for being you and helping people like me in so many aspects of life! #primaryteacherforfifteenyears #newinstructionaltechnologyfacilitator
This was so fun! I love how you have adapted your new season of life! I’m going through that right now and not in the best way (I’ve been so down in the dumps lately and your calendar tips are turning me around)! Keep up the awesome and positive work!
Comments and me this morning are not friends 🤣. I love your channel. I totally agree that life is full of choosing from options that aren't always the best. You also get to choose how you react. Whether you are negative or positive about the choice. I wish I could go back and tell younger me to try and give things the more positive view, it makes it so much easier. I still don't always react with the best attitude but what I do find is that the more I have a schedule for life and work the better my attitude is when the unexpected happens. It's my only New Year's resolution this year. To create meaningful simple routines that are beneficial to me so I procrastinate less. 💡Moment. I think I just created my mission statement for the year. You are inspiring ☺️.
I sent this video to my wife and she loved it.. She's a struggling teacher and with our two kids things get hacotic. Your video has some good insights that we both can definitely learn. Be ready for any changes in the schedule, time blocking and exercise more to get you mood up for days ahead..:)
Michelle, now that you’re in Austin, if you plan any little trips to San Antonio with Billy, I would love to share ideas. I have lived in San Antonio for 33 years (before college and since college), and would love to share suggestions for y’all. 😁 Great video!
I look forward to your videos!! I have definitely applied many of your tips and suggestions in my own life and they have been LIFE CHANGING! Thank you ❤️
I do love a clean house too...But, beyond that, I really enjoy your discussion on being flexible (with your husband's job and exercising). There are always ups and downs to everything....and we do need to be flexible and adjust. I try to instill that in my own children and students....
I just found your videos and have been watching for an hour and a half! I love everything about them! I think watching these may have to become part of my Sunday routine:) I love the idea of listening to podcasts while cleaning. What is the name of yours? And do you have others that you recommend?
You have mentioned both google task and google keep as a way to make daily checklist. I believe you have also used notes as well. Which one do you use most and why? Pleaes do a video and compare all three of these.
Sent wondering/consideration on Instagram for standing desk option. Since COVID lock down in 2020, love standing and have continued since reopening and returning to office setting. Can’t imagine doing all that sitting ever again.

Most teachers who leave the profession seem to be more healthy and lively! After 26 years, I am looking forward to a new start.
Another great, inspirational video. Love the vlogging with various focus. Can't wait to see office makeover!!

Love this Michelle, it has just added and helped me get organized better... Congratulations to Billy, this is so exciting...
Please do a video about moving/relocating. How did you plan this? How long did it take? Any advice :)
**sighs in exhausted preschool teacher, grabs a cup of coffee, and settles in to watch someone else be a winner at life**
You’re a winner too!! Early childhood educators are so, so important and do amazing work!
I can't count how much you love google. ;D
because love is uncountable if you know grammar xd
Do you have the 2nd spreadsheet template linked somewhere?

I'm a kid so my mom forces me and my brother to clean the house every week.
Same but I have two brothers so they help me
You remind me of Myam Bialik from BBT
