its kinda strange that when u first listen to an anime opening u find it a bit weird or unusual, then aft listening a few times u get used to it n listen more... and finally u fall crazily in love wif e song and e anime:D skip beat rox!
this anime is so great because it teaches you this one thing, that at any point you can tap into your heart's strength and connect to yourself and produce energy that can change anything. The best thing about it is that it reminds you the importance of the connection with your own self and what you want before everything else. Not in the sense of selfishness but the glorious sense of knowing who you are and what you demand from you and your life
The writer of this anime is skillful. He could make us love the main character though we thought she was dumb in the beginning. In addition, this anime teaches you how to never give up and defend your dreams, protect them and go after them! I LOVE IT, finally ;)

Oh Nakamura-sensei, how i adore your work! Mine can never truly compare! Now I'm rereading and rewatching Skip Beat, I just can't get enough of Kuon and Kyoko!

If anyone wants to see more about Kyoko and Ren's relationship, definitely check out the manga. The author is still releasing new volumes, and the anime seems to have followed the manga very closely. I'm addicted -.-
@FromsMyName the manga also hints that Koun/Ren/Corn had a very violent past :3 most of this is speculation though, but its obvious that he has prior knowlege with things most people think "Tsuruga Ren" would never have come in contact with, IE: Cigarettes, guns, fighting (like BRAWLING instead of martial arts/boxing)
For me, I wanted Ren more cause Ren really cares for Kyoko, and he hadn't do anything that will make Kyoko cry though sometimes, he was scary it was just his way of hiding his jealousy.. And I love hm when he had "the Emperor of the Night" look as Kyoko had said it. And On the Stalker incident, it was so cute that he purposely cross arms just because he might accidentally hug Kyoko.. Love Ren!

I read it off of wikipedia. I know wikipedia isn't the most reliable source but like really think about it. Skip Beat is really popular and the anime was popular too they wouldn't just stop it in the beginning and then just keep the manga going. So with logic it's basically true.
Truly a shame that try discontinued the anime. But the manga is still going and it is just awesome. Definatly one of my favourites for life aswell as the authors previous manga before skip beat, Tokyo crazy paradise is a must read.
Same here.. I liked the manga more because of it's art. It's so much more softer than than the anime (everything's so stiff..) Plus, you get more out of the manga! ;P
because there's been no mention of it airing at all for this year or in the nearing future.. there's a chance it might be picked up again later.. but there is none now and there is no announcement for it now. I want it too... you could try signing online petitions for it to be continued.. but nothing's happened so far..
