Israel does not want to be in Egypt or Mexico or China. After the 6 day war, Israel gave back the Sinai peninsula to Egypt to show good faith. The only reason it is in Lebanon is because Hezbollah (a proxy army of Iran) attacks Israel daily with launching missles from the border of south Lebanon. Israel has no choice but to clean up the attackers. Lebanon's government seems weak since it seems to be overrun with Iran's proxy army of Hezbollah. Why else would there be Hezbollah (an army of Iran) reeking havoc from south Lebanon on neighboring Israel?

I have always known what the Iranian government is capable of (not the people) but what I am most concerned about is the questionable warmongering behavior of the western countries involved. This will not end well. The fact that North America is so far away, gives them a false sense of security. Most Americans, with the exception of soldiers etc have never been in a war time situation and have no clue.
