It is such a great running game and they really control the defensive line and the next level when LBs blitz and I just love to see a team that can just run all over a team it just shows that they are well coached and buy into the game. Great job!
Same for me coach. I am planning on coaching for the first time this fall at the HS level and I am planning on running the Wishbone as currently they run the Flexbone but they want to switch to the Wishbone since to fit our players and plus it gives us a hard-hitting running game. Would appreciate it a lot to get a playbook and great video!
Coach, hard to say. A lot of teams run out of this formation, very few run what we run. Some folks are triple option, which is the most, second, smash, which is 3 backs in the hole. We are a mixture of all the above and more.
Actually have one. We have to update the cutups. We put it together using 92-96 cutups. We will also have some drills, etc. We are trying to put together a system.
I was an assistant for an elementary football team this past season, and we played a team that ran this formation. They completely punished us the entire game. We know we will have to play the team again next year, so how do we effectively defend this formation? these kids are 5th and 6th graders. Any advise will help. Thank You, Michael

Great! Let me know when you have it ready.
Coach Carbon, hopefully two more weeks. Final 4 this Friday. Shocked the world in the quarters with a 52-10 over the #2 team in the state
Will do. It will be sometime. We are starting the playoffs this week. We are hoping for a long run and have what it takes to do that.
Coach, can I get a play book, I coach in MI and ran a little wishbone this year and we loved it. We want more of it . Thanks in advanced

Well, we just could not get past St. Pius. Stats were identical but they made the big plays necessary to win. Hit me up in the inbox

Penn St. employed a 4-4 alignment when they knocked of Texas. I'd run that or the old Dolphins 5-3.
Coach do you have a modified version of this for a 9 year old age group.
