you can make bias binding with this foot just put strip through inside the foot then pull it use iron to flat it and You can sew it with sewing machine on the top and sew it by hand on the bottom. Sorry, I want to send you a quick video but i don't have short icon yet i hope its helpful for you ☺️
It's only use for industrial machines. For home machines like singer 8280 it has its own presser foot. If you want to use this one you have to hold it by hand

Thank you for this. But I have 28mm foot.and I am trying to sew 3mm foam.but strips crease is too small at the bottom. Do you any solution??
