If these individuals were so proud of their cause, why did 95% of them go out of their way to hide their identities? Seems disgusting that they would ruin a parade of people who are already marginalized. Awful that they were allowed to do this! Though I am usually a proud Canadian, I have never been more proud of the Americans who simply MARCHED THROUGH them in cities like Washington DC. Though I have attended the Toronto Pride Parade for 25 yrs, this year will (sadly) be my last. Clearly the "rights" of these people outweighed the millions of LGBTQ people who have fought for centuries for equality. The irony; they could've protested and KEPT WALKING .... a part of me suspects that the authentic reasoning behind this was actually anti-LGBTQ hate and they simply used the Palestine cause as a front. Otherwise, why would they hide their faces? Why not march with their heads held high for their specific cause? Toronto Pride, Toronto Police, Toronto City Council and Canada failed me and millions of others for 30 fakers who sat their 'Halloween faces' in the road . . Take a note from America ppl, next time walk around them or make a circle to keep them where they apparently wanted to be. A very sad event for me and millions of other ppl.

Yes, I was actually surprised when you doubted the Million + attendance because, for Toronto; that is pretty much the norm for any major public event; (Pride, Caribana, The Toronto International Film Fest, etc.) Obviously no clue where you are from but, when you figure that as a whole Canada has 40 million ppl (sea to sea), more than 1/7th of them live within the Greater Toronto area. Take these residents, then add regional visitors and tourists; Often times 2 million is an underestimate!
As for voting Liberal, notoriously urban areas tend to vote this way yes. However, literally a week ago a notoriously liberal riding here in Toronto voted in a Conservative MP! Goes to show that voting can not be standardized based on a specific place or region.
@@Napp28 I’m from Western Canada where our cities are much smaller, so getting 2 million people that have the free time to go to anything around here is just not going to happen. As for the liberal voting, they tend to go after and wreck all our industry around here, including farming, something we all need to sustain life, so I guess we think it’s kind of a decadent mindset to have the privilege of voting liberal and half the population attending parades, that’s not how it usually works around here. I think the Toronto/ St.Paul was a one off because a lot of the Jewish population in that area are angry at Trudeau, I’m sure it will flip back in the general election.
