      It shouldn't be very hard to get a job and a PEng. You need a work permit or PR to work in Canada which can difficult to get.

      I know that Ontario public colleges and universities have agreement for credit transfers. Similarly, within New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. So the answer is yes.
