Not many first timers realize this, but the entire "Battle for Trost" arc takes place in the same day.

“Pop off.” 😂 For some reason that really cracked me up. Possibly the best reaction I’ve ever seen to Armin’s speech.

The crazy thing is, this is the slowest part of the show 😂 but very necessary for character development and world building. You guys are so much to rewatch the show with!

Agreed, I’m so impatient for them to get to the good stuff! But yes, all of this is necessary.

Nahh the slowest is the forest arc, they were riding horses for like 10 episodes….

Armin’s speech still gets me. It’s such a perfect scene.

This episode shows just how much of a true G Armin really is.

A lot of these episodes only adapt a single chapter of the source material which is generally only 40-45 pages worth of content to spread throughout a 20 minute long episode so i can definitely understand how some sections of the story can feel slow.

Most anime including this one are based on a comic (called manga) in Japan. So the anime is an adaptation of it. What’s great in this case the manga author Isayama unlike many others was directly involved in the anime and authorized changes to scenes from the manga.

There are some slower episodes but they provide crucial info and character building which helps make the entire show great. They are definitely followed by action scenes too that are worth the wait. There are also scenes that you will not understand now but come back around later or if you rewatch it.
I would really love more frequent episodes. I guess I am not sure when you watch them but I feel like you guys will start to forget things said previously as it gets more complex if you are taking weekly breaks.

We are currently working on filming more often after the holidays, that way we can release more every week!

Do yourself a favor and transition to the Japanese version. This showis worth it.
Not saying that out of superiority but legit to have to enjoy it more. It really is a work of art

NAH! Dubbed is fine and have the same quality of the Japanese version. Don't gatekeep the Anime industry by saying stuff like this.

      @Ason19 27 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

@@SuperStrongAlien same quality is absurd, the story is told in a way that Japanese words play a crucial part of the plot and themes, for instance.... The name of the show!

@@Ason19Anime fanatics are so damn funny. Not everyone is like you, some of us just want a good and entertaining show no matter what the media is.
Stop acting like Subtitles are Superior to Dubbed all the time and in AoT's case it's not.
There's a reason Dubbed was always available in Anime since the beginning of Anime itself and that's to reach more audience since it's not exclusive to Japan only. 😅😅
And No! The Dubbed doesn't change the story narrative of AoT. Again don't gatekeep the Anime Media to possible new fans who just want to check it out.
"Do yourself a favor"? as if you know what kind of movies or series that they always watch.
      😅😅😅
