Lupe is a pretty dope emcee... Dudes seen huge mainstream success... Still gets on Twitter and announces that Aesop Rock is the GOAT... I don't agree; but I think it's cool as hell to see a dude at the top of the genre give that kind of respect to an underground legend like aes.
He also had everyone pray for rain and a tornado came ten minutes later and cancelled Soundset. 30,000 people running for dear life from a big ass open field trampling over everything in their path.. So i'm convinced he's got some connection with a higher power or something. It was epic!
One of the better live shows for hip hop acts! Overall, as a hip hop artist; Lupe gets a solid 7.9
I'm not sure who produced this song but it has a nice sound I think.

rap is firstly defined by the act of rapping and it doesnt have to be centered around 'paramount' lyrics to be of any substance cause that's preference
