Well, if we know for sure it's related to human fluids, here's my best guess at it: if you were trapped with someone, with no source of water, would you rather drink their urine, or kill them and drink their blood. Though to me this question feels too tame considering the reactions we've seen from Gura & Calli, and how secretive Kronii is with it.

I see a few people say that Gura mentioned in an unarchived stream that the question has to do with human fluids. So my guess is it would be a "would you rather drink x or y". One of the fluids is likely urine, cause it would be one of the more disgusting options. And it might be that the shock value comes from it also involving family members. So maybe it's something to the effect of "would you rather drink your parents urine, or ...".

@@sarcasm-83 Sure. I just give an oversimplified idea of what it could be. Besides, I'm not sure if the question itself is necessarily that long. From what I remember, Kronii seemed to take less time telling it to Gura than Calli. So maybe she added more context while explaining it this time. Maybe something like: "if you do this, it would be bad because x and y reasons, but if you did the other thing... ". Or it's one of those "if you're stranded on an island" scenario, and Kronii made a more detailed description of the situation this time around.
Could be she saw Bear Grylls drink poop water from an elephant, so maybe human diarreah?

As a Canadian myself, I can confirm that in many places of Canada, we are bored as hell, and spend our lives thinking up horrific scenarios for fun. Though, I am admittedly a bit special, as I am a sort of recluse due to medical conditions. So maybe I am not the best source of Canadian behavioural sciences.
OK, i have a theory about the question. Im thinking its the "sentient toilet" question, just because of how much of an explanation she seemed to give before the actual question part, and everyones VISCERAL reaction to having to make the choice.
That would make more sense than a few other alternatives that I've heard. And since she said she found it online, it could fit. But somehow... I'm not entirely convinced. This question feels a bit too mainstream to me. Like it's been floating around, and plenty of people know it already, so it doesn't feel necessary for Kronii to mute herself. I feel like it should be something more obscure.

So my friend had a would you rather they got from the internet that went "WYR Jerk you're dad off too completion to save his life or finger your mom".
Everyone went with 1 because you can do it without looking and 2 I can't really recall but it was of a similar vein that I put down.
Head canon this is what's asked because it involves body fluid, sex+parents is always a shock reaction, they're the few people you'd even still be around after the fact that fits the "look them in the eyes". To me it matches at the hints and is something that could have reached their ears
Shiori might be able to handle it, though she might accidentally blurt it out. But if even Shiori is broken by the question, then we’ll know it’s GIGA cursed.

The only hints we seem to get is that this a "Would you rather....?" type of question, and that Calli's (and Kronii's) preference is something they'd do once but still be scarred over (most likely only because it's still pleasant compared to the alternative). My guess: it's a question between at least two of whatever you think are the absolute nastiest bedroom acts to be found on Urban Dictionary.
