Third class fitting by design engineer of the company. You have to open those special screws. Then you have to press plastic clamps and pull out tray. Water gets spills out. Ladies can't do all this. Even very hard for gents. Third class engineering. Other fridge have just simple method to hang tray using two sides holes in two knobs....but your video was very useful for me. Thanks.

Instead of doing this you should use a small pipe you have put one end of pipe in tub and suck from second end of pipe water will automatically come out.

Third class design...in my refrigerator, back tray...rat found dead, we are out for some days, foul smell developed ...what i did is added,Sodium hypo chlorite soun+poured wood dust,just to avoid Spillage while pulling tray... Wood dust absorbed water, tray was half filled with water, then scrapped with metal plate(need to bend accorning to shape of the tray)
