Allow me to clarify, yet again, that these are not objective rankings on how well a character is designed. Characters like outer sans & red would be changed up A LOT, if that was true. These are rankings based on how much fun I’m having while playing/fighting a character. Big woop I’m not having fun baiting out someones melee attack that stuns you and let’s them heal, just to get hit anyway because the hitbox is gigantic, just to bait out their counter, and THEN have them use blaster ride so I can’t punish then. Some of you are taking this WAY too seriously imo I don’t think anyone else does this video format with objective opinions in mind. Be classy, people.

Compared to the other dusts variants, outerdust stardin is unique. In the fact he is actually multi-ranged. And deals enough dmg to be fun. You don't use your blaster as a offensive tool, as you get a barrage of blaster good for extra defense, recommend using blasters when someone is near u. But not too near you. Bone throw, this is your best offensive tool since it is just simple. The others just are stresser type moves. White hole, this one is simple use it when someone is near you and or when is rushing. Frozen hell, you would need to move your mouse to get the most usage because the move is mostly about stressing the charas more than defense. Force choke, now currently this is the best anti-rusher move, this is why outerdust is feared. It's due to the fact he stop someone and make em get damaged. Star orbit barrage, if that's the name correct me, this is the best defense move in the game but I recommend using it when you have nothing left to use. Overall stardin outerdust requires brain and thats how he can be fun.

And nerfing him would cause him to be a more useless pacifist sans. Overall a rework is needed to enchance the moveset. Because the current moveset for ruins dust, relies too much on the kill passive mechanic. So Yeah. That's what I think 3/10 Hard to WIN AS but easy to win against him.

Bone zone and toy knife are stupidly easy to dodge, and most of his offense moves (Blaster, Bone throw) are mid at BEST. Easy to dodge as well. His fireballs are the single thing saving him from a F tier character. His force is just a zoning tool. Tldr for this point:His attacks are stupidly easy to dodge except fireballs. 2.His damage is low (Not last breath low) Explanation:His attacks deal significantly less damage then even regular classic, and with the Chara team having the same HP as regular classic, he struggles a lot to kill even non dodging enemies. 3.He gets rushed super easily. Explanation:After he uses his bone zone and force, he legit can't do anything to stop the Chara team from hitting him. Trying to use your offense moves for defense is like trying to use a bone zone as a offense attack. He CANT protect himself. 4.His killbuffs are either too weak, or a insta win. Explanation:1-2 kills means NOTHING to ruins, but if he gets 3 or above, it's a near instawin due to fire and blaster spam. I've never seen a REGULAR ruins dust gets past 1 kill before. I've played this character before and I know what they're about. It's WAY too easy to win with them before they're actually maxed & phase 2 is just the icing on the cake and I've never actually lost with it. I don't find that type of gameplay fun because I don't have to work particularly hard.

sansIness, can u please explain to me how your very skilled brain and perspective brought you to think that outer sans is bad? sure, at the start, its kinda weak, but it can still muster up enough strenght to take out other players. and around the part u get your star circle, u become quite more powerful since it can deal massive dmg for those who rush u. and if u go, "oh, how the heck can u punish them?" or "if they run bravery, they can dash out." i can tell that u are having a skill issue more than a bad character moment. the way u guarantee the rush dmg is by using star circle, then when it starts producing stars, use your big stars, then the grav manipulation to guarantee dmg. and if they run anything that can evade this, just dont use it yet, save it for later. and when u get your second phase, ur practically winning all your matches because it is hella hard to deal with black hole block outs. so yeah, outer might start out a bit underpowered, but u need to give it time.
Actually no, I disagree that he's mid in low wins. He has good camping options and does enough damage with his stars that most unprepared people will be unable to fight against you.

the way u guarantee the rush dmg is by using star circle, then when it starts producing stars, use your big stars, then the grav manipulation to guarantee dmg.
and if they run anything that can evade this, just dont use it yet, save it for later.
and when u get your second phase, ur practically winning all your matches because it is hella hard to deal with black hole block outs.
so yeah, outer might start out a bit underpowered, but u need to give it time.
Actually no, I disagree that he's mid in low wins. He has good camping options and does enough damage with his stars that most unprepared people will be unable to fight against you.
@@Papertoolsarenice yeah he is pretty good in low wins cause the people are new. but his stars are dodge-able for pro players, which is why i would suggest learning move reading.
I would also like to speak on this matter as an outer main, sure no upgrades does suck but he's has the moveset of a campy character, he's meant to lure you in then camp in his own attacks, if you truly did know every ounce of info in ulc, you would of known how to play as outer sans with or without upgrades, like fabthecomic said, you're having a skill issue more than a bad character moment
