Okay. This videos gotten a lot more attention overnight. Lot of hate too, for uh, “bad takes”. E.g putting ruins dust above hardtale. Allow me to clarify, yet again, that these are not objective rankings on how well a character is designed. Characters like outer sans & red would be changed up A LOT, if that was true. These are rankings based on how much fun I’m having while playing/fighting a character. Big woop I’m not having fun baiting out someones melee attack that stuns you and let’s them heal, just to get hit anyway because the hitbox is gigantic, just to bait out their counter, and THEN have them use blaster ride so I can’t punish then. Some of you are taking this WAY too seriously imo I don’t think anyone else does this video format with objective opinions in mind. Be classy, people.

i thought it be a fun challenge to guess your wins off this video (also dont take hate from this comment being new at the game is fine and you can always improve frfr) you called ssc broken even without upgrades this would probably imply that you find toriel memory and uh knife surround broken both of those move heavily punish being bad/newer at the game then you called the upgrades even more broken which im gonna guess that you mean phase 2 and phase 2 may as well be the 2nd worse phase 2 in the entire game (lb has the worse phase 2) however phase 2 heavily punishes you for not knowing the matchup or just being bad at the game (also overrall ssc is kinda a knowledge check so new/bad players struggle more and ulc just so happens to be full of them) you also called epic bad so im gonna assume youre below 5k wins AND the whole thing about waterfall dust being overshadowed by the fell skin AND ruins dust being way too underrated (the only reason why im not instantly locking in 1k wins) and uh you used outdated sansta infomation so uhhh below 5k wins prob also saying everyone hates fresh kinda helps narrow it down to below 4k wins (i have never seen someone hate fresh) then theres btt and tp which just confirms that youre within 1k to 3k wins (atleast from my exprience) so with all this infomation im gonna predict that you are at around 1.5k to 3k wins with reset (maaybe even lower but the fact that the background footage is dull knife kinda forces me to atleast include above 2k) also maybe try improving how you show the text and uh character image too (its kinda unoriginal too) OH AND THE MUSIC CHOICE SUCKS IM SORRY MAN (also what the fu is that budget google images screenshot of the text bubble you used for the rating)

Compared to the other dusts variants, outerdust stardin is unique. In the fact he is actually multi-ranged. And deals enough dmg to be fun. You don't use your blaster as a offensive tool, as you get a barrage of blaster good for extra defense, recommend using blasters when someone is near u. But not too near you. Bone throw, this is your best offensive tool since it is just simple. The others just are stresser type moves. White hole, this one is simple use it when someone is near you and or when is rushing. Frozen hell, you would need to move your mouse to get the most usage because the move is mostly about stressing the charas more than defense. Force choke, now currently this is the best anti-rusher move, this is why outerdust is feared. It's due to the fact he stop someone and make em get damaged. Star orbit barrage, if that's the name correct me, this is the best defense move in the game but I recommend using it when you have nothing left to use. Overall stardin outerdust requires brain and thats how he can be fun.

Ruins dust is actually bad. Mainly due to the fact most weapons can support each other so that's why ruins dust is mid. Due to the fact weapons support each other And the fact he deals low dmg. Overall he is weaker than hardtale Which is a problem since gaining wins should make you powerful not weaker, so ULC should rework ruins dust, Because buffing him, would cause actually balancing problems. And nerfing him would cause him to be a more useless pacifist sans. Overall a rework is needed to enchance the moveset. Because the current moveset for ruins dust, relies too much on the kill passive mechanic. So Yeah. That's what I think 3/10 Hard to WIN AS but easy to win against him.

Outer isn't that good. I literally used him in low servers and everyone killed me everytime, and I know every ounce of info in ULC so it's not like I have skill issue.

i wouldnt call some u called bad "bad" like papyrus, that fellas just a tad bit hard to use, and u gotta be careful for high-win weapons. once ur maxed you should be very much ok

Why do people hate ruins dust? Here's your answer. 1.His attacks are outdated Explanation: His ONLY defensive moves are Bone zone and toy knife. Bone zone and toy knife are stupidly easy to dodge, and most of his offense moves (Blaster, Bone throw) are mid at BEST. Easy to dodge as well. His fireballs are the single thing saving him from a F tier character. His force is just a zoning tool. Tldr for this point:His attacks are stupidly easy to dodge except fireballs. 2.His damage is low (Not last breath low) Explanation:His attacks deal significantly less damage then even regular classic, and with the Chara team having the same HP as regular classic, he struggles a lot to kill even non dodging enemies. 3.He gets rushed super easily. Explanation:After he uses his bone zone and force, he legit can't do anything to stop the Chara team from hitting him. Trying to use your offense moves for defense is like trying to use a bone zone as a offense attack. He CANT protect himself. 4.His killbuffs are either too weak, or a insta win. Explanation:1-2 kills means NOTHING to ruins, but if he gets 3 or above, it's a near instawin due to fire and blaster spam. I've never seen a REGULAR ruins dust gets past 1 kill before. (I have over 5k wins for context). 5.The map will block blasters sometimes Explanation:This is just a technical bug but still needs brought up, if his random extra blaster spawns behind a wall, it won't fire into the arena. 6.Dustfell ruins. Need I say anymore? He's a direct upgrade. 7.Hes just boring to play Explanation:All you get is a basic moveset of your blaster, bone throw/zone, and force. Your 2 unique moves, ones easily dodgable, and the other one is his biggest crutch, making the standard moveset only used for defense, which doesn't work as stated previously. It's just playing a watered down old classic. Conclusion? Plz rework him joey-

Guys just use max swap and one two punch plus bone car you should be able to get pretty good damage in phase 1 so it softens them up to decimate them in phase 2

also to be honest i find classic sans to be a great counter vs dull knife mainly because dull knife can't do everything at once in happy mode this is where there the most threating to you but even then you can clutch it with well timed counters and use it's lack of range as well as the fact that classic himself can in short burst match the speed. now in blue mode dull may not take much damage but it's VERY easy to avoid them while there blue and if there in your was as long as you have a tele grab you can just move them out of there or zip right past them with the bone throw. now in anger mode this is the easier one by far they take a ton of damage for little benefit vs a classic. and over all classic has good sustain so he's able to match there high hp count when he plays his cards right. orrrr you can throw that out the window and just use a meta character thats op.

I would say dull knife is strong but everyone that i find using it they are just straight up bad so i can defeat them with stuff like distrust

another way is: Bone walker.

tbh, bonewalker is good cuz he likes to just say "nuh uh" to emotional states me myself i only use dullkknife against characters who were made for old determination and are quite op for example, dustbelief.

Welp max upgrade insanity is good against dull knifes users (or just straight up go dustbelief)
