It is not just the promiscuity or the chance that her future children could see their own mother get fu**** by 3 guys, none of whom are their father, at the same time.
It is also her carelessness for potential (likely) negative consequences.
I think most people only thing about one of or both of the first two reasons why it is a red flag.
Living the life of a pornstar are habits and those can be changed easily and quickly. But DECIDING to become a pornstar was a sign of a bad character. And characters are hard to change.
Whether they're thinking about the long term or not depends how much they can make it off it in the short term imo.
