The last time i did was a total nightmare lol it was grade 9 gym class we had to do 100 push ups 100 squats 100 sit ups and then after that we had to put are backs on the wall and go in a sitting position and we had to hold it for 10 minutes. I never exercised like that before because gym in grade school was just dodgeball. I literally couldn't walk for the next 2 days 😂😂
