Let me start by saying that the size of the house is indeed perfect. Not too big and not too small. It is also nicely decorated and has a really modern feel. I also really enjoy the quality of the videos and it really shows that you put a lot of time and effort in creating the videos so compliments to the whole team for the amazing quality. I do have a few points regarding the house. The house does not have solar power and in a country with more than 300 days of sunshine a year I feel it is almost a must. As cooking is done electrically and not with gas it would have been great to have this. Of course it can be added afterwards but that would be more of a hassle as it requires running lines through the house and possibly breaking ceilings / floors / walls to connect everything properly. Also I do not really like the glass railings at the stair cases. It is more difficult to grab it, especially if you, by accident, lose your balance and also grabbing the glass often would mean you have to clean the glass every time because of the stains it leaves so I would have placed black wooden, round beams on it so you have something proper to grab and will not stain the glass every time.

lots of villas in marbella are not selling in 1-2 years
