Posting for 15 minutes with one hand and no stirrups really helps, did that yesterday and my legs feel like jello!😂💛

Yikes!! That sounds tough!!
I think posting without stirrups is fine to learn how to do but the downside is that it can teach the rider to pinch with the knees and thighs...
