In Callgirl, a girl is talking about her affection of the boy in the video until the end, where she figures out her love’s been wasted. We see in Callboy at 1:24, how the boy lies about love and leads girls on for sex.
The girl from Callgirl was probably heartbroken from him going around with other women and from finding out he was faking his “love” for her. Also, in the end, maybe it’s just me, but it looks like she’s pregnant too.

He sang it in a way that sounded like the man and woman pictured there were the ones saying it: a high pitched and a low pitched voice in harmony. I cant,, this man and his voice are too good. Given the amount of work, skill, and detail he puts into these videos, he honestly deserves every bit of the popularity he has.

heres a theory of whats happening: so there is a guy, and he loves drinking and meeting women alot, but never manages to get with anyone and, keeps drinking to keep himself busy, he eventually breaks up with many relationships and keeps smoking, his habit literally kills him, and the woman at the end is a personification of his love for drinking. I know this isnt perfect ofc, but what are your thoughts?

Time Bomb I think that he already had a problem with drinking and he was with the women he met at the bar for awhile and she kinda had enough of his bad habits later on in the relationship. She confronted him about it and it caused him to drink even more. Then near the end she kinda digs into him and he loses his mind and realizes he has a problem (still doesn’t stop him from drinking though) in the end he can’t break his bad habits and can’t change for her so she poisoned him. (Got this theory from the text messages and the the telephone when he said “don’t leave me alone.” During some parts it sounds like he is having a convo too.)
Since the title's call boy I thought he might be an escort or the like and formed his drinking habit around that. So he gets drunk to make it easier until it became a proper habit since he can't get real love. After a while he had to admit to himself that was wrong but ended up continuing to drink anyway.

(完全に個人の意見です)
ひとつ前の曲(ヲズワルド)でも思ったことだけど、独特な映像と一緒に楽しめる音楽に仕上げられてるの凄い。音だけ聴いててもじゅうぶん楽しいけど、映像一緒にしたらまた違う楽しさがある感じ。
自分が宮下遊さんを知ったのはまだ最近だから、彼の歌ったものを全部きちんと聴けてはいないんだけど、この人の選ぶ曲は知らない曲が多くて。だいたい宮下さんが歌っていたことで初めて知った。それが個人的に面白いものだな、と思ってる。
「こんなおもしろい曲があるんだよ、みんな知ってる？」って風に、視聴者は宮下さんから教えてもらってる感じ。実際自分は、おもしろい曲があるんだなって感想が持てる曲ばかりだった。
名の知れた超有名な、たくさんの人が歌って動画をあげてるような曲だってもちろん魅力はあるけど、知る人ぞ知る…ような曲を選んで教えてくれているようなこういう感覚は、動画を投稿された時点でまず楽しい、と思う。
宮下さんの持つものをたくさん表した歌い方で、すごく自由に歌っているようだけど、歌詞の意味やら映像やら、いろんなものを吟味された上での歌い方な気もする。それくらい、いろんな箇所で納得ができる歌い方をされてる。それはこの曲に限った話じゃないと思うし、宮下さんの曲の解釈がとてもよく分かる気がしてる。
あとはこれもこの曲に限った話ではないけど、すごく立体的に聴こえる。音響の話じゃなくて、歌い方が。一直線で平たい歌い方の人は結構多く居る印象なんだけども、そういう人たちは「綺麗な歌」には聴こえても「歌詞」が聴こえない。なんとなく聴いてたら、何言ってるのかわからなくなってしまう(個人の意見です)。
でも宮下さんは、歌、というよりは「言葉」として喋ってるように聴こえるくらい、流れが立体で自然な感じ。構成がよくわかるから変化もわかるし、1曲の中で同じメロディーが何度か出てくるところも全部対比できるから、飽きてしまわない。少なくとも自分は。

Update about the girl at the end: I saw a theory about the lore of this song, but it is outdated. A new song came out from Mr. Syudou a few months ago called Bad Person clarifying that it is definitely not the girl from the song Call Girl that killed or at least harmed the Boy at the end of the MV, instead it is the girl we see at 2:15. She is the protagonist of the song Bad Person and sings about abuse and desperation of love that got her into a toxic relationship. There are some more similarities like the broken phone we see at the end of this MV appears at the start of Bad Person and more which I will touch on later.
The girl is not mentally stable since she mentions multiple worrying things such as wanting to be killed and harming herself. Coincidence or not at 2:15 of Bad Person we get a confirmation of the connection between these songs since the boy from this song clearly appears there.
The boy... the boy is an alcoholic who is going out with multiple girls at once for self-pleasure and sex. He is a disturbing character; he looks down on others in the clubs/bars but acknowledges that he is scooping to their level. He acknowledges his alcohol and relationship problems but the way he handles it is by taking more alcohol. Even when he tried to stop, he attempted it with the wrong people, he opened up to people who took his desperate attempt at salvation lightly, which in turn made him even more vulnerable to his previous behavior.
Another major point of interest is that we get a lot of shots of a bar tender in the Bad Person MV. Perhaps he is aware of the state she is in. There is also a shot of her crying in his arms. The Bartender is most likely close to the girl not only because of that but also because there was a scene where the two of them looked younger and the girl was clinging to his arm. The bartender was talking to some girl in that scene, although she has some similarities to the girl from Call Girl, I do not think they are the same, the girl from Call Girl seems much more petit.
My theory is that the bar tender talked the girl into harming him because he felt pity for her as a friend or even family member. In most scenes with him as an adult he looks very serious and dangerous, especially in the scenes where it shows a close up of his eyes (The best comparison I can think of is the Priest from Tokyo Ghoul just more calm and serious looking)
Finally, I must talk about Call Girl, it has some similarities that I will cover during this part and at the end as part of an info dump. As I said earlier, I do not think this girl is either the girl who attacked the boy from this video nor the girl the bartender was talking to. I will go at some point through all the Syudou songs and update this accordingly. Currently my theory is that the girl is in the video is representing the boys sensitive side, they both talk about how they want to explain themselves, though the girl specifies that she is anxious about talking about it, and needs to be asked and she'll tell anything about her. She also talks about loving someone and that they might understand someday what that love is, if my theory is true this could fit to the boy who although goes out with multiple girls does that as a way to distract himself from his problems though he truly loves only one.
