CHEC needs to do the entire area from Golden Grove Cemetery to Amity Hall. It's that corridor that has the worst flooding, especially from Golden Grove to Hordley Crossing, during floods. If this is not done, I can see major problems along that corridor in the near future as local contractors do not exhibit the competencies to carry out the level of work required in that area.
The local contractors should work along side CHEC to gain experience and knowledge. With the long term goal being the locals doing it all in the future. Otherwise the entire country would look like a bunch of idiots who have to rely on others to do the simplest things.
