Kevin, I am old time developer/user of an an on-premise Microsoft CRM system and have recently moved to Dynamics 365. The "How to use MS Power Automate" video was very instructive (thank you), showing a big leap in automation technology, integrating data and workflow processing across the entire web. Your video implies that commonly required business processes such as an automatic round-robin Lead assignment can accomplished with great ease using a Power Automate? Can you point me to an existing Power Automate template or example that reassigns Leads in a round-robin fashion? I have been somewhat paralyzed by all the different options available to complete this fairly common business need and assume now that Power Automate is the platform I need to learn and use for such basic CRM business workflows. thanks

Hey Kevin, thank you very much for posting these amazing videos. I need to work on a project that consists on creating a form (I'm thinking a MS form since my organization uses TEAMS and other MS suite programs). However, each submission needs to go through a workflow of some kind that will allow an initial submission, and then someone else needs to complete another portion of the form once the initiator submits it. Is this possible? And it may need to even go through a 3 person. Thanks!!!!!

    Kevin,
This tutorial was terrific. Do you know if there is functionality of Power Automate to extract fields from Outlook emails (body) utilizing keywords, ideally then populating them in Excel? The scenario is that we have a landing page form for leads that creates an email and sends it to a mailbox. We would like to extract the form information and populate it into Excel so that we can more easily analyze the submissions.
    Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Kevin, I'm looking for some guidance on looping a set of questions based on an answer selection. I have created a form using Microsoft Forms. The form consists of about 12 questions in total. I want to be able to loop a set of questions or a section if the user answers a specific question as Yes. Otherwise, if answer is No, the user is taken to the end of the form. Can Flow help me achieve this? If so, how do I start? Thanks

    a question:
Do you have a video that explains how to make a macro that runs on websites? I have to order products by address, and I have to enter the address [and credit information, etc.] every time at my supplier's website and it takes me too much time.
