Accompany that with an automated reminder to yourself (every 5 years or so) making sure Mom is still alive. Great Son = Check

Thank you. I didn't understand what this was supposed to do, but now I think I get it, that it can do simple tasks to handle items within the Microsoft office suite (and some specific external sites) but not general repetitive work on, for instance, a separate encrypted online database.

Kevin, I am old time developer/user of an an on-premise Microsoft CRM system and have recently moved to Dynamics 365. The "How to use MS Power Automate" video was very instructive (thank you), showing a big leap in automation technology, integrating data and workflow processing across the entire web. Your video implies that commonly required business processes such as an automatic round-robin Lead assignment can accomplished with great ease using a Power Automate? Can you point me to an existing Power Automate template or example that reassigns Leads in a round-robin fashion? I have been somewhat paralyzed by all the different options available to complete this fairly common business need and assume now that Power Automate is the platform I need to learn and use for such basic CRM business workflows. thanks

I am all about progress. However, all too often, Microsoft (and other companies), change the names of applications, and sometimes it is almost confusing what app is used for what.
I do wish the likes of Microsoft would scrub their websites, and then update Flow to the new name. And, follow the same principle for other application name changes. Google is terrible for this, too. Example Google Drive, is now Google One. Yet, the app is still listed as Google Drive. Ugh...
PS: Another great video. Thanks Kevin, keep them coming...!
