Hi! Answering your questions in order. 1. When you submit online, you will see different categories. Your cover sheet should go separately and the rest of the evidence should go separately. And will they acknowledge it , or should I send a post with documents and then should I create a letter and put the shipping information and letter in unsolicited evidence at the end ? Can you please help me because my anxiety is killing me
Hi! I think what you can do is reach out to the support to see if they can assist and update your account. If that works, then you will be able to upload evidence online.
