If I get rfa for residency proof what can I submit I don't have any lease agreement. I am planning to take star id and driving licence from will that be sufficient for address proof. Can you please answer my questions and also please let me know to book virtual appointment with you what is the good time and how much do you charge.
Hi, I filled out an F1-OPT EAD application and received an RFE to upload a new passport-style photo. I have two questions 1) For this case do I need to write and attach the cover letter? 2) In the notice, nothing is mentioned about submitting the evidence through a USCIS online account and I am wondering do I need to send it through mail or the online account. Please help me out through this at your earliest convenience Thank you!
Hi! Writing a cover letter is not mandatory but is advised. If your case is simple, you can skip writing cover letter. Could you please let me know how you submitted your initial application. Thanks!
@@dundisaiavinash8819 Hi! Maybe in your case since you need to submit photographs that is why you are not seeing that option. I would submit the correct photographs via mail so that they can start processing the case quickly.

Hi I got RFE because the HR provided me incorrect E-Verify information. They only want me to send the correct E-Verify number and the employer name listed in E-Verify. My DSO is not very helpful she always says that you are the first student from our university who is applying for STEM extension. Please I need help how to respond?
Hi! You can reach out to your employer and get the correct E-Verify number from them. Usually its a screenshot that will have the number and employer name. You don't need anything from your DSO in this case. Hope this helps!

She reached out to the Corporate (mother company), and they give the e verify id # to my HR manager. I can also see that the hospital participates in E-Verify under the I-9 section of my "Redcarpet portal login", however, the E-Verify ID # is not visible to me. I am just confused what to include in my response letter and how to fill out the coversheet? The coversheet have boxes to tick and I don't know where to put ticks OR am I suppose to tick any boxes because I have hired no attorney and my physical address is also not have changed.
Hi Vaishali! You can combine documents together to make it one document if you think the response can be matched. For example, the letter from DSO or the department can be merged into one document.
hi, my case at nvc . i submitted i864(petitioner) and i864a (household member my husband) but our income doesn't meet minimum requirements. so i added a joint sponsor and joint sponsor's household member .but nvc rejected joint sponsor ,their income even not sufficient. they ask joint sponsor assets proof. if i add second joint sponsor do i still have to submit 1st joint sponsor's assets proof??

I submit my case for I130 and I1485 on June 2023, on October 26 got a RFE asking for the medical exams, the same wek got the Work Permit and the Travel aut, I sent the RFE on Nov 7, got delivered on Nov 9 but still no notification from USCIS letting me know if they got It!! Normally how long it takes??? Thanks in advance

Hi Nimish. I recently applied for STEM OPT extension on August 10. Now my OPT was expiring on September 19. So, I did applied for extension in a timely manner. However, I was informed that my contract won't be renewed beyond October 9. Now, if they process my STEM OPT extension after October 9, what will happen? Will my STEM OPT be approved since I applied before expiration or will I get an RFE? Do u have any idea. Thank you
Hi! As per my knowledge, the application still should be approved as it was submitted prior to Oct 9. The only issue I see here is you will start accumulating unemployment days and you will have to submit a new I-983. Better to check in with your DSO as to what they have to say. Hope this helps. Yes! It is highly recommended you submit everything. If they have specifically written to provide source then provide otherwise proof of tuition payments is enough.
Hi! You can upload separate pdfs if you have a couple of documents but if you have a lot to submit you can combine the relevant evidence together and upload.

Hi! 6 weeks is an ideal wait time. I suggest contacting USCIS after 6 weeks if you don't hear back by then.

Hi! Processing of documents varies for every case. I would suggest to wait atleat 2 weeks prior to doing anything if you haven't heard back.
A Request for Evidence ... How to respond is the most important part - BUT MAKE SURE to SEND IT to the CORRECT office in the CORRECT CITY.
